I’ve had an utterly negative experience with this company. Their customer service is practically non-existent—calling it "poor" would be generous. They advertise with the tagline "we are here to help," but that couldn’t be further from the truth. In my attempts to get support, I was met with zero communication from real people. The help center? Completely useless. It’s a maze of unhelpful articles that didn’t resolve a single issue I faced.

They recently rebranded from "Percent" to distance themselves from a tarnished reputation, but —their way of operating hasn’t changed one bit. It’s still the same dysfunctional, inefficient mess, with no apparent care for the users they’re supposed to serve.

They mislead nonprofits with their so-called "discounts."

They hype these up as a big deal, but the same vendors provide their services to nonprofits at zero cost anyway. It’s a hollow gesture that makes me question why Google and others are dealing with them—they’re preying on nonprofits rather than supporting them.

All they provide are generic email templates blasted out with no personalized guidance. There’s no proper manual review process on their end, and they leave you hanging without help.

They outsource the handling of sensitive data to cheap and abused labor in developing countries.

This feels more like exploitation than assistance.

The reply is misleading: you will never be able to reach a live agent. Zero dedicated team, there is not team at all. Requested information to intimidate and attempt to get the review down. This is a despicable company and Google should stop doing business with them. All the old review portals under the original name show clearly thousands of negative complaints, they rebranded to hide their reputation however is still dysfunctional and inefficient. They are automating everything with very poor solutions and if anything getting underpaid labor in developing countries. They seem to believe we are all clueless.

Verification Issue

At first, there was an issue with identifying the Non-Profit Organisation & Members linked to it, but through great communication and follow-up correspondence all were resolved and we were verified. Very friendly and capable.

Percent helped me register in the…

Percent helped me register in the nonprofit database and linked my startup with a partner program. The impact Percent has on nonprofits is impressive. They have a top-notch team and respond quickly, usually within 24 hours.

zero stars

I only gave Percent 1 star because there wasn’t a way to give zero stars. They constantly reject applications and ask for more and more information, none of which satisfies them. I am done with them. Worthless!!!!!!
