I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. SCAM COMPANY!!! My order never showed up, no response to inquiries, no way to make an account. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY FOR NOTHING IN RETURN.

As mentioned earlier on September 15th in Ticket #557780, we already informed you that the package was held by customs, which unfortunately led to the delay in delivery. We understand your frustration and we take full responsibility for the situation.


We informed you that we will be processing a refund for your order. We also gave you offer for the option of having the refund credited back to your WALLET, which can be used towards your future purchases as an additional savings for you. Alternatively, also we can refund the amount back to the original payment method you used for the purchase.

We have not received a response from you and in that case we refunded back the full amount which you paid for your order in your original payment method.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!! I ordered a dress for a costume party I am attending. I ordered it months in advance to make sure it would be here on time. I never received an email confirmation of my order and I still haven't received my order. I tried contacting them and nothing! I spent $173 and no response. Their phone was disconnected and no other way to get a hold of them besides their website email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Now I have to look for another dress and hope it gets here in time.

Do Not Buy From This Company!

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid over 30$ to get express shipping. 45 days later they showed up in a bag that was so tight I cut the bands on the shoes. I asked for an exchange since they're too cheap to put them in a box and they told me it was my fault that I damaged them.

They are awful do not order from them.

They are awful do not order from them. I ordered something for my birthday over a month ago and we are in September and still no item. They send and email to tell me I will get it the next day and still nothing… don’t waste your time….. So disappointed.

I'm concerned

I'm concerned. I purchased a bathing suit on 7/14/24. The emails later showed the item shipped and was available for pickup on 7/23, but I never received the item. The customer service numbers were out of service and chat options on their website also failed. When I entered the tracking info online, it also showed an error message. I left a written message and received an email ticket about my concern. I'm awaiting to hear back. I will never trust site, moving forward, that I haven't fully reviewed.

As for the August 14th reply, I still have yet to receive my package.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As per ticket #611470, we initiated an refund process on 07/08/24 and requested photos for verification on 08/08/24. To expedite the process, we offered a full refund as store credit on 09/08/24 since the bra was not returned.

Dress was actually from a Chinese knock-off company

Was skeptical at first but a very pretty prom dress did come. It's what you expect from a prom dress one buys online for $150: hot glued details, a plastic mesh thing at the bottom, not looking exactly like the picture, but I was pleasantly surprised with the materials and how nice it looked/fit. However, something that was even more surprising was that it came from Milanoo, and they bought it at a much cheaper price. If you're not familiar with Milanoo, it's a Chinese knock-off store with pretty bad reviews, which is the reason I didn't order from them.
The customer service was okay, you can tell that English is not their first language though, as they are a company based in India and the other 2 addresses listed on their websites are P.O. boxes. They both called and e-mailed me within a day after my purchase as I had concerns of not getting a billing receipt 3 hours after buying it (it came the next day with their e-mail reply).
Shipping: I bought it on Nov. 23rd and it was delivered to me by Nov. 30th, so it was pretty quick and it's free shipping.

TLDR: Dress I got was actually from Milanoo and I bought it at a higher price. Customer service and shipping was good though.

Milanoo is one of our 200+ suppliers. We have a very strict supplier black listing policy where if there are quality issues we black list them automatically. Unlike marketplaces we are a single product retail, where you don't have to deal with multiple suppliers to choose from.

The order was for 104$ with express shipping (FedEx). When the customers who buy directly from Milanoo they get their products after over 30+ days.

Why we charge extra is because we provide services like quick shipping (dress was delivered to you within 5 days of shipping) - local support, we are a Canadian Company and our profits.

If you had to buy from Milanoo directly your experience would have been very different and we ensure that the clothes that we source are of higher quality.
