Frustrating experience with power

Poor customer service,

I had a pretty frustrating experience recently. I asked for an apple charger but the employee sold me a completely different brand. I only realized it after opening the box.

Because of this I had to go back to the store just return it which was a waste of time.

It would have been much better if the staff had been more careful and helpful

The staffs were sooo rude and didn’t even smiled once. Worst service ever experienced I faced this before also while buying cable for my phone.

Very delayed

I ordered my item on Jan 13. The item was not delivered to me until February 4. In that time I received one update from Power on Jan 18 that there would be a delay until Jan 21. From then on there was no further update. I had to call, chat with the chatbot and physically go into the store to find out more information. All in all it was not a pleasant experience and I waited longer for the item than anticipated and expected.

POWER Herlev – unprofessional handling of repair case

My repair case for my kids’ smartwatch at POWER Herlev was handled in a very unprofessional way.

First I was told the watch couldn’t be repaired and that the same model was not available, so I was asked to choose another watch and pay extra. Two different staff members said there were no other solutions. Later, a third person suddenly found the same model available in other stores — and even told me it was my mistake because I didn’t ask the right questions earlier.

On top of that, I was told to take the refund immediately or I would “lose the money” if I left the store. No one would share their name, and when I asked to speak to the department/store manager, the person I spoke with just said “I am the manager.”

I later complained by email. The branch manager’s reply was also disappointing: he said he would investigate, but then simply repeated that “in this situation we only offer this solution.” There was no apology for how I was treated in the store.

This is not the level of customer service I expect from a big retail chain.

Being told there was no solution, then finding out the same model was available in other stores, and being made to feel like it was your fault for not asking the right questions - that's not okay at all 💙

The pressure to take a refund immediately or "lose the money," staff not sharing their names, and the lack of a proper follow-up from the branch manager - I can completely understand why you're disappointed.

Faulty installation

I have purchased a washing machine and installation aervice from you in June 2025. It was installed in a wrong way and is leading. Now in January 2026 you have not corrected the problem.

When you’ve paid for both the product and installation back in June 2025, it absolutely shouldn’t be incorrectly installed and leaking – and it definitely shouldn’t still be unresolved here in January 2026. That’s far from the kind of customer experience we want to give you.

Worst customer service experience.I…

Worst customer service experience.I ordered a memory card on Dec 28th and was told it would be ready at Power Herlev on Dec 31st. Instead, they delayed it to Jan 2nd. When I went to the store, the staff couldn't find my order and made me wait 20 minutes with no resolution. I ended up cancelling my order on the spot and bought it from Proshop instead. Pathetic logistics and a total waste of time.

Worst experience ever
