Very poor customer service and a disappointing overall experience.
I purchased an iPhone 15 from the Power Frederiksberg branch on 20 August 2026, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The salesperson repeatedly told me that the phone was a Grade B device that had only been opened and never used. I asked him two or three times to confirm this, and he assured me that I would be the first person to activate the phone.
However, when I came home and checked the device properly, I discovered that the battery health was only 82% and that the phone had already been activated in 2023. This clearly contradicts what I was told in the store and suggests that the phone had been used before.
I was also sold a Telenor subscription. The salesperson told me that the package would cost around 200 DKK per month and that taking it would provide a discount on the phone. I specifically confirmed the monthly cost before agreeing. After I got home, I found that the subscriptions were actually 289 DKK and 239 DKK per month, totaling 528 DKK per month.
When I questioned this, I was told that the higher amount was due to a first-month processing fee and that future bills would be lower. However, there is still a significant difference between what I was told in the store and the actual cost.
I did not get the opportunity to properly check the phone before leaving because the battery was completely drained. Based on the information I received from the salesperson, I even gave the store a 5-star review immediately after my purchase. After discovering the true condition of the phone and the subscription costs, I feel misled and very disappointed.
I expected honesty and transparency when making such a purchase. Unfortunately, this was not my experience, and I would advise other customers to carefully verify all information about both devices and subscriptions before buying.
Very poor customer service and a disappointing overall experience.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received yesterday at POWER Frederiksberg.
I am from Argentina and have only recently arrived in Copenhagen. I needed to purchase several computers and equipment for offices and a meeting room, so this was a significant purchase for me. I wanted to make sure I was spending my money wisely and finding the best possible balance between quality, performance and price.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The sales team was patient, professional, friendly and genuinely interested in helping me make the right decisions rather than simply trying to sell me the most expensive products.
I would especially like to recognize Adam and Omar, who were absolutely fantastic. They took the time to understand what I needed, patiently answered all my questions, compared different alternatives with me, and gave me very useful advice regarding both quality and price. Their attitude, professionalism, warmth and willingness to help made a real difference.
I particularly want to mention this because, unfortunately, I had previously experienced exactly the opposite at the POWER Fisketorvet store, where the service I received from the sales staff was very disappointing. The difference between the two experiences could not have been greater.
Adam and Omar showed me what excellent customer service should look like. As someone who is new to Denmark and was making an important purchase, I truly appreciated being treated with such patience, respect and kindness.
Thank you, Omar and Adam. You were both amazing!
I left POWER Frederiksberg not only satisfied with my purchase, but also convinced that I had chosen the right store. I will gladly recommend Adam, Omar and POWER Frederiksberg to anyone who asks me where to buy electronics and computer equipment in Copenhagen.
Five stars, without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Not a Power customer anymore
Ordered camera online, the one that was in warehouse. Took them 3 weeks to get it in Frederiksberg shop.
SD slot broke within 3 months, brought it to service 9 of June, today is 25 of July and no response on my massage, no camera, no updates.

Waiting three weeks for the camera to arrive at the Frederiksberg store was already disappointing, and it is understandably frustrating that the SD card slot then failed after only a few months. Having handed the camera in for service on 9 June and still being without the camera or a proper update on 25 July is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for the lack of communication throughout the process. We understand how frustrating it must be to be left waiting without knowing what is happening with your case.

I ordered 3 items online and paid for them. I only received the confirmation of the order been sent, but never the message updating that the order was ready to be picked at Frederiksberg Center. When I passed there to ask about them they said something was wrong and only 2 out of 3 items were ready to be picked. No reason for it or apologies and explanation. They just handed the two items to me and said the 3rd one would be refunded.

Fake return policy, bad experience in store
Normally I would shop with Humac or Hifiklubben, but decided to give them a chance because they marketed a generous 30 day return policy. I choose to purchase AirPods Max at Power's Frederiksberg centre store as I prefer supporting local physical stores. The store had no headphones I can try, so I had to choose blindly. It was filled with boxes, and also quite dirty. The employees were absent and left me waiting at the cash register for almost 20 minutes, while 4 of them literally flirted with the girl in front of me. When it was my turn, it was over in 2 minutes - nobody thought to talk to me about the choice or to tell me that the huge 10 meter sign that says "30 day returns no matter what" does not apply to Apple products. After 1 day of use, I found that they do not fit my head and I can't wear them comfortably for more than 30min, so I attempted to return the product (all packaging in 100% perfect condition, including wrappers). The employee told me that Apple products are excluded from the promo - and pointed out that the receipt says so. If i had purchased online, they'd have to take it back under DK law, but simply because I went into store, i get less rights. I also wrote to support, where I got an AI answer, and after a followup, an outsourced customer support agent told me they will redirect me back to the same store - which hasn't responded in 5 days. All in all, will never shop again at Power. I'm sure their campaign policy is legal, but I feel cheated out of 4000kr and had a very bad experience with every aspect of the store, purchase and subsequent support.

Well, the truth is they didn't deliver the product, so I don't have what I paid for. When I went to pick it up at the Frederisberg store, they told me they couldn't find it and asked if I wanted to pick it up at another branch. I said yes and chose the Glostrup location, but I never received confirmation that it was ready for pickup. And at Glostrup, they made me pay another 20 kroner. I filed a complaint with customer service, and this is what they told me. Hi Fer Acosta,

I was able to find order 227198436, but I cannot confirm from the available information that it is ready for pickup in Glostrup.
For Click & Collect orders, it is important to wait until you receive the confirmation that the order is ready before going to the store.
If your order is for pickup in Glostrup, the collection point there is at the parking area in front of the store at Hovedvejen 197, 2600 Glostrup, and you should look for the signage at the entrance.
Please bring:
- Your order confirmation
- Your order number
- Valid photo ID
If you want, send me the pickup store shown in your order confirmation, and I can help you check whether Glostrup is the correct store for this order.
