Beautiful Design and Solid Comfort
Overall, I’m happy with the sofa. It arrived well packaged and without any issues. Assembly was quite easy and, once assembled, it feels solid and well made. The fabric is pleasant to the touch and the color matches the pictures. The seat is quite firm rather than very soft, so it depends on personal preference, but overall it looks great in the living room and I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Very pleasantly surprised…
I have been very pleasantly surprised having purchased a number of pieces of furniture from Povison. The style, quality and materials are consistent with furniture that is much more expensive. Their "white glove" delivery was timely, courteous and professional.
When I had a problem with the function of one of the recliners, Povison support was very responsive and helped me address the issue quickly. Although they sent me an additional control unit, we eventually realized it was an improperly connected power cable. Needless to say, post sales support proved to be responsive and more than satisfactory.

Exelen product. The only problem was that FedEx didn't deliver the package to my door (on the third floor); they left it on the first floor, and I only found it because a neighbor told me there had been a package in the courtyard for two days.

Shipping was fast and easy
Shipping was fast and easy. Everything got here with no trouble in a week or less. Couches were easy to assemble. No hassle had everything put together within an hour or less and organized and ready to go not only that, but these pieces are extremely comfortable and have a different position for every position easy to clean easy to wipe up messes and look like Quality material was used to make this furniture. I went through three sets of couches before I found these because I couldn’t find comfort now I have and I would recommend these to anyone.

Quality Furniture
I had a good experience with Povison first time around (despite mixed feedback) and decided to buy another piece from them. I have both the japandi oak tv stand and the coffee table from the set. Couldn’t be happier! Shipping was fast and easy (within 1 week in California). You can schedule when the delivery takes place according to your schedule.

The table & chair set is gorgeous and well made. The chairs are very comfortable and sturdy. The table and chairs arrived with no blemishes and were easy to set up. Only the glass top needs to be attached to the pedestal. Easy. Packaging was excellent.

Power sofa issues with defects and delivery service
I ordered a new power sofa couch and a coffee table about a month ago and initially I was given two weeks (09/09) until then arrival of both pieces of furniture. The coffee table only arrived. Then I was given a notice from their delivery team metropolitan that my furniture has been delayed and would not be coming until a week later. The information given to me made me assume that when the delivery team would arrive they would assist moving the furniture to the basement. But when the delivery team arrived they were not helpful and moved the furniture boxes to the walkway of my house and then said just sign it and we’re leaving. So this left me to move the furniture and assemble it together. As I assembled the furniture together it came with two defects with the arm rest doesnt latch to the base of furniture and one of the power cushions to thr sofa are inoperable. I notified the povison after sales team immediately after purchasing and the story still continues from there without any direction how the problem is going to be resolved. Beware of the delivery team being unprofessional and not helpful and make sure you check for defects and take pictures because thus far I’ve worked numerous hours to pay for this just to deal with the hassles of defected products.
Update September 17th:
As a customer I can understand the risks of using an online furniture company, however to bring context to the white glove delivery service, I do recall receiving an email stating that I should request for the white glove delivery service as the furniture is heavy. As I selected the option to choose for the service it directly took me to the main page of Povison. It gave me no option to add the service. So, when I received a phone call from povison the initial purchase, and I had to contact them back as the delivery was scheduled late, I asked for the white glove service option and I was specifically told that metropolitan was going to coordinate with me as far as moving my furniture. Either way as a customer, it is still a hassle and truly unfair for people who work hard to purchase furniture because there was not any coordination. As far as the after sale support, I would hope to see if someone who pays $4000 for furniture to support your business the communication should be up to par. Thus far I’ve received only one email from the support team of taking a photo where the defect is and when i respond promptly its radio silence. So I contacted their support sales directly and it was completely unhelpful. I was specifically told just wait. I shouldn’t have to wait longer than a day or two for a known defect with the documentation provided. Please for consumers reading this just be careful and pay close attention to the details when seeking to purchase from Povison.
