If there was a zero or -zero that is what I’d give. Order was months late and when it did arrive there is no rechargeable light bulb or two items of lights as indicated. Sent pictures and now the email is coming back that it is no longer available. Don’t waste your money
Well order the lamps 2nd Feb. Chased several times with no response. Told them on 21st March I wished to cancel the order and if I wasn't refunded I'd contact my bank regarding the refund.
Today 4th April very poorly wrapped box arrived. With said lamps. Just the lamps and miss all the other bits . Remote, lamps,USB cable. So totally useless. . Now have the fight to recover my money 💰 😢
Dire experience - this feels like a scam unfortunately- my products were extremely late and so I cancelled and asked for a refund- had contact with Kevin G from customer service who has since ghosted me. The lamps have arrived despite my repeated requests for a refund and many emails saying that I can no longer use them. The boxes are beaten up , poorly wrapped, open and the quality is poor. I’m chasing for a refund but nothing! Avoid is my best advice. It is such a dire experience / they took payment and have failed at every stage to provide any meaningful customer experience
Pretty much like every other comment on here, this is a scam. We ordered lamps after seeing an advert on social media platforms. Product never arrived, no response from the company to our repeated emails. They are now going by the website pridola.co.uk PLEASE AVOID!
SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I bought some trainers under the Poviro website, size 8 (UK), they are more like a UK size 6. Tried to contact via different means, email & contact form to return for refund but no response, then got an automated email which i responded to, no response. Cost me £39.99 - down the drain!
We ordered from Proviro {Pridola} after seeing a slick advertisement on Pintrest.on 7th February . The 2 lamps did not arrive. We have E mailed the company several times, BUT no reply.
This seems to be a scam !
Do not use this website it’s a complete scam!!!!!!
My wife ordered some lamps from this company (online) after viewing them on their website. After some delay without acknowledgement we began to feel suspicious. We sent reminders to their email address (no telephone number) and received some non-committal replies, clearly designed to string us along. It quickly became apparent that this is a scam and the order was never going to be fulfilled. We asked for a refund, but (surprise, surprise) no reply. We then contacted our credit card company and submitted a claim and now await the outcome. At the risk of repeating myself, this is a SCAM 100%
