I wish I could give them 0 stars

I wish I could give them 0 stars. This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. There’s absolutely no customer service. I bought the LOL Mega Surprise Box for my daughter’s birthday. When it arrived, it only contained 11 cheap items.

I contacted their customer service via chat and pointed out that the images clearly show 25 products, but I received only 11. The representative told me the image was "just illustrative"—seriously? That’s completely misleading and dishonest.

When I asked for a return label, they refused to provide one. On top of that, all the items on their website were on a “2 for 3” offer, so if I had ordered them separately, it would’ve cost less. This company is a scam—they provide false information and deceive customers.

So glad I found this company

So glad I found this company. I have 2 grandsons who visit weekly, and I like to make sure that they have stuff they can enjoy. I’ve been a repeat buyer because the prices/quality of products and p&p are good.

Outstanding customer care

I’ve used PoundFun several times before and have always been really pleased with both the products and service — never had any issues until recently, and even then, the way it was handled just confirmed how great this company is.

There was a hiccup due to them switching to a new shipping provider, and I needed my parcel urgently. I called to chase it up, and Jamal was absolutely amazing. He took what felt like personal responsibility in making sure it was sent out with next-day delivery. He didn’t need any explanations — he just understood the urgency and acted straight away.

As a mum of autistic kids, timing is everything, and it made such a difference that he was proactive, kind, and kept me updated throughout. I really appreciated the care and effort he showed.

Even when there’s a rare issue, PoundFun handle it appropriately and quickly. Can’t recommend them enough — brilliant customer service and a company that clearly cares.

Website images don’t match what your purchasing

Ordered 2 Thomas the tank engine toys that came to a total of £6.99 including postage and when they arrived one of the thomas toys is incorrect and they are selling the product with incorrect images. When I went onto chat to tell them I had received the incorrect item not only did it take 2 hours to get a handful of replies, their customer service said it was my responsibility to pay for the incorrect item that they sent out to be sent back. To return the item will cost me nearly £4 and that’s what I paid for the toys in the first place. Even though I haven’t changed my mind and want to return the items I just want what they are apparently selling! After a while they just stopped replying to the messages. Absolutely shocking customer service! Wouldn’t recommend buying from them at all as you probably won’t get what you ordered but you will have the luxury of paying for there mistakes. Update : Emailed the company and they don’t reply to that either. Absolutely con

Avoid this company

Ordered a Hot Wheels box on 18th May, as of 3rd June I still haven't received it!
I emailed twice and no response.
I rang on 3rd June and spoke to Tom, who said the courier couldn't deliver the parcel. I had no notifications to say the parcel had been sent, either via email or on Shop App. So probably hadn't been sent!
Tom told me that he would send another one out on 3rd and I would receive it today 4th June, but guess what, nothing received!

Avoid this company at all costs. My grandson is still waiting for his birthday present, not that this company seems to care

Reasonable happy

Overall I’m happy with my purchases apart from the Nerf Surprise Box. It states a retail price of £62.00 for just £35.00, when purchased I only received four items which I could have purchased at a retail store for £42.00. Feel let down by this, did contact customer service but were unhelpful in their reply.

A Cut Above The Rest!

There's a lot of toy and wholesale sites out there, but none have the personal touch of PoundFun!

From the unique packaging, cute free gifts (I have a blue tongue now!) to the fact you can actually give them a call, there's so much to like here.

Quick delivery, very competitive prices, regular deals on the website and a huge range of quality toys.

I've placed 4 orders already and I only discovered them about a week ago!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Have previously ordered from here with no problem, however my last order was not only late but had 1 missing item and also an item that could not be used as it was not complete. Have emailed several times regarding missing item without a response. Won’t order again.

Rubbish


I haven't received my goods on ordering
the system said next day delivery of which I paid £5.99 for, and goods were only £2 but needed them the next day. Ordered on the 20th today 23rd still not arrived. Emailed the company and just received a copy email of the first one sent. Absolutely usless

False advertising

Specifically bought some sticky creature toys due to it being advertised as coming with a display box. We double checked that we would get this and company confirmed in writing that we would. Needless to say we didn’t get this and they were unable to send another. Very disappointed, felt mis-led.

UPDATE

Company reply to your poor review on trust pilot so it looks like they are doing something to resolve. They don’t.

Very bad company ,no cumunication !!

Very bad company ,no cumunication !!! I ordered 15 bubbles bottle ,like last time ,and was premium bounces ,now they send me different name bubbles and they don’t work ,like few bubbles coming out ,I send them video photos all proof and no communication after that ,I will contact today my bank !!!! I don’t need this bubbles because not bubbles coming out ,and plus I tried two bubbles mashines

Great Service So Far

Great service so far. I had a query about what address I'd left for delivery. It was dealt with quickly & the gentleman that responded was very polite. My goods have now been despatched so I'm hoping when they arrive, they'll be as great as the service received.
