Beware of this company: I wish I had done some background research on this and noted the multiple changed names . Writing this review now after confirmation of a refund. Customer service is shockingly poor. Ordered a large order on the 5th November and had to chase it up 14 days later when nothing had arrived. Order still appearing as "being prepared". No information given as to the hold up. Eventually got an email reply from"Lisa" saying my order was likely late due to my address being rural. This would explain late delivery but not late dispatch!! I have this week alone, been delivered to by royal mail, evri, dpd etc and all from sellers big (argos, john lewis) and small (vinted, etsy). So there's no excuse to not fulfill an order to a rural location (which isn't even highlands and islands). When I replied that her response did not account for the items not being dispatched, I heard nothing further from anybody until this evening - only by sending further emails on my part demanding a refund. They have sent me a confirmation of refund processed today. No apology, no explanation of why they could not fulfill my order.

I’ve ordered for years (poundtoy previously) i only use the site for stocking fillers as it’s cheap tat that only is supposed to be nostalgic for a day then never seen again. Every single year without fail half my items are missing from orders, can’t contact anyone either. I order two of each item. I’m lucky if I get one of each and some random other crap is sent in replacement that I can’t use and there’s no point in refunding £1 or 50p. More hassle than it’s worth.

If you don’t have stock- state that before taking people’s money. I was going to do something different this year and order the £25 surprise boxes however after seeing those reviews I’ll steer well clear.

I have used this company for the last 2 years but after this year I will not be ordering again. I had placed a order and received someone else order instead must not be more then ten pounds worth. I spent more. I have been trying to get in contact and had no response at all. None on the phone, none on email, non on sight chat. Nothing. They have taken my money and had completely scammed me.

Terrible company. Never respond to emails and have no contact number. I haven't received multiple items that I've paid for and it's now been 4 weeks. I can't get hold of anyone. Total scam... Avoid and spend your money elsewhere!

I ordered a few toys and a makeup set from here to discover that my package was not even correctly wrapped and the makeup pallet came looking like it was second hand due to the makeup being broken and the packaging being ripped open. This item was originally going to be gifted for Christmas but that will not happen and I am very disappointed with this.

Absolutely shocking.
Ordered - parcel went missing .. finally managed to get in touch with them. Who said they would resend.. great ..
Then messaged to say that some items weren't available anymore and they would have to send "similar" substitutes and gave me a list when I asked.. which were Absolutely not similar (and also cheaper). I then went onto their website and the things they said were out of stock were still in stock they had just put the price up. Anyway they said finally they'd give me a full refund ..I am just very disappointed.

Unfortunately this company has had a really bad downturn. Previously would have said it’s good, but not sure what has happened. I ordered a £30 order from them as presents for my class. Never came and they show no interest in resolving this issue. Evri confirmed that this was lost therefore under the Consumer Right Act 2015 it is down to the seller to ensure that a delivery is made. I have tried to contact them several times through email (coincidentally they seem to have a new system) through their website (with a useless AI chat robot) and through social media. All of which has been ignored. It’s incredibly disappointing and this will probably get a generic “I’m so sorry…please contact…” etc. AVOID THIS COMPAY!!!

I've ordered a few mega boxes this past month or so and I'm really happy with the quality of toys. They're the real deal not copies! My little girl is going to love all her presents that "santa" has brought her. I spoke to one of the ladies there recently over an order and she was lovely and sorted it out immediately. I'll definitely be using them in the future for little bits, I've also told one of my friends to try them too as she's finding it hard this year financially.... at least they will get some nice toys ❤️😊

I ordered a bluey mystery box and an arts and crafts mystery box and I can say it’s money well spent! Both boxes are worth more than I paid and I’m super happy with the contents!
I think between both boxes I got about 15/20 items inside!

Really not worth the money. Paid £25 got about £6-£8 money worth of cheap toys
Not what I expected at all.
And they filled most of the box with cardboard shredded paper

Purchased from pound fun quite a few times. Really happy with my orders. Reasonably priced and good value for money and there is a wide variety of choice.

Bought 2 mystery boxes and some additional items. There wasn't the correct amount of items in either of the the mystery boxes (what I did receive wasn't worth the price of the mystery boxes) , 1 of the additional items I ordered was missing and some boxes were squashed.
I contacted customer support, was asked to send photos, I sent them 3 days ago and haven't received a response but I have been sent an email asking me to rate the help I received.
Attrocious company. Will never use again. Will be raising a claim via PayPal or my bank.

Appalling customer service, and the advert was totally misleading, says I would get 9 games only 5 arrived. They say I have to pay for returns even though it’s faulse advertised, avoid

I have been using PoundFun for aprx 5 years now and am always amazed at the value for money given.
I am a regular fundraiser for SUCCESS, the only charity in the UK that helps childhood brain tumour survivors like myself. I use the items for my lucky dip and wheel of fortune. They are always very popular and worth their weight in gold, as this summer I made nearly 3000 for them!
Service is always very friendly with quick delivery.
