I’ve been seeing Pott Candles among many other candle makers in my Facebook feed for several months now. I used to be a big Yankee Candle fan, but I think not only have they priced themselves to... See more

I love these candles! I have several around the house now. The hand made pots are beautiful in their own right and the candles smell gorgeous, natural and light with no artificial tang like so many.... See more

Great concept, great smelling candles made from good quality non toxic ingredients. Potts are very well made and for me good to colour coordinate with my colour schemes. I have also signed up for the .monthly refill subscription

Incredibly disappointed by this…
Incredibly disappointed by this company’s customer service. My pot has an issue, the wax is seeping out of the bottom and pooling on the surface below it. I contacted Pott to ask for a solution, upon sending them photos they decided no issue with my pot, I’m left with an expensive useless item and two candles I need to find containers for. After this I’ve canceled my candle subscription with them because what’s the point of having their candles now.

Gorgeous
Gorgeous! I got the standard pott, plus matches pott in speckle with orangery candle scent. Love the scent. I understand when people say they are expensive, but the pott's all individually thrown and candle actually burns down, i cant say how many times ive thought i got a bargain for me to be left with a lot of candle wax.

Hard to leave a review
Hard to leave a review - still waiting for the delivery. Was too late with my change of address so it was sent to my previous address - but only despatched AFTER I had given my change if address. Hopefully, it will eventually turn up at my previous address and I can drive the 45
minutes to retrieve it from there.

Lack of communication
Lack of communication. I only got an acknowledgement of the order today (26) and placed the order on 22nd. That was because i put a complaint in.
I also ordered matchsticks and match pads on the same day and received them on the 25th??? Not impressed.

Not happy with this Company.
I set up a subscription with Pott Candles but was disappointed with the candle burn so cancelled my subscription and asked for confirmation, several times. I have not had said confirmation and have since been sent and charged for another candle. So, no, I would not recommend Pott Candles.
