Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Had bought a necklace from them but unfortunately I lost it so ordered another one to replace it as well as another necklace. Unfortunately the replacement necklace wasn't as good quality as the original and the other necklace broke the first time I wore it. I've been trying to contact the company for over a week now but I'm getting nowhere. Wouldn't recommend.

I have emailed about returning the item…

I have emailed about returning the item as the bracelet is too small. I have received a response letting me send back with a refund. The larger size I ordered is beautiful and lovely quality.

I have just tracked down your email from December 22nd. As a small business, that was our absolute busiest dispatch day of the year, trying to get everyone's gifts out in time for Christmas. It seems your email unfortunately got buried under the mountain of orders and inquiries that day.
