Rough start but solid response

UPDATE: PostScanMail responded to this review and provided the signed consent form the same day. I appreciate them getting it resolved and am continuing with their service. I'm leaving the original review below for transparency, as I think the experience is still worth noting for other customers.

I signed up for PostScanMail's registered agent and mail forwarding service for my Washington State LLC. After paying $100, I needed one basic document: a signed registered agent consent form, which Washington State requires me to confirm I have on file under penalty of perjury.

What followed was almost a week of runaround. I submitted multiple support requests through their website and live chat. After several days of seeking assistance, I was told by a support agent that they don't offer that service. When I provided screenshots from their website, he said he "misspoke" about the service. I was then directed to email the Seattle office directly. That office never responded.

I sent a final request with a clear deadline. No response. Meanwhile, I notice they seem to have plenty of bandwidth to respond to Trustpilot reviews within a day. Apparently that's a higher priority than providing paying customers with legally required documentation.

My LLC formation has been stalled entirely because of PostScanMail's failure to deliver a core part of the service I paid for. I would not recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable registered agent.

Scam artists and THIEVES

Scam artists. I started a PO Box rental. They required notorized documents which I was not willing to do. I canceled and never completed the paperwork yet they billed me for 6 months and refused to issue credit for unused service that was never completely signed up for.

This is our 3rd RV trip using PostScan…

This is our 3rd RV trip using PostScan Mail and it's been pretty uneventful, which is a good thing. We just want to get our mail, be able to have it opened and scanned when needed, and have them hold the important things for later. That has gone pretty flawlessly. Price is really good too.

Excellent service and very professional support

I had a very good experience with this company. The service was smooth, communication was clear, and the customer support team was helpful and responsive whenever I had a question. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I really appreciated the overall experience and would definitely use their service again. Highly recommended.

Absolutely phenomenal

I feel like I can’t say enough positive things about Post Scan Mail. Latia and her team do a great job. Each time I have interacted with someone via phone, web help, or at a location, it’s always a great experience. It feels like their focus is on providing the best customer service to create quality relationships and lasting customers.

Post Scan Mail will always be the first company I think of when needing a virtual mailbox for myself or if someone I know asks for a recommendation. If more businesses operated this way, the world would be a better place.
