package delivered at wrong address
My package was delivered to the wrong address which was 3 streets further. Luckily the owners of that house were so nice to bring the package to our address.

Time and again my parcels are dropped…
Time and again my parcels are dropped in front of the door, being exposed to rain and waterdamage. I have tried to change my preferences on the website/app of PostNL, but this is simply not possible. The website/app tells continuously that this option is not possible... yet? I wish PostNL is more careful in delivering parcels so the goods do not damage.

Extremely careless delivery of a package worth over €700
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by PostNL.
My package was supposed to be delivered to number 1, bus 21, but the delivery driver mistakenly delivered it to number 21 on the same street. To make matters worse, the package, which was worth over €700, was simply left outside on the street, and the delivery was marked as signed for by the delivery driver.
This is completely unacceptable. A package of such value should never be left unattended outside, especially at the wrong address, without ensuring that it has been handed over to the correct recipient.
Fortunately, our neighbour came to our house later that afternoon to inform us that the package had been left at their doorstep. Had they not done so, the package could easily have been stolen or lost, and we might never have received it.
A delivery service must be able to distinguish between an address and an apartment or unit number. The driver's carelessness put a valuable package at serious risk.
PostNL needs to take more responsibility for its deliveries. Marking a package as signed for does not make the delivery acceptable when it has been delivered to the wrong address and left unattended.
This experience has seriously undermined my trust in PostNL. I expect much better care, accuracy and accountability from a professional delivery company.

Driver is not calling to the doors when…
Driver is not calling to the doors when arrive with package. Always left in front of the door where everyone can see and steal. Constantly i have a bad experience with PostNL Belgium.
