Post Malone Shop Reviews 

Bought a vinyl for my partner mid November 2019, was told it was a 16 week wait only after purchasing but I accepted it as even though they are sneaky with the delviery wait, I could've checked delivery info more carefully. Anyway, it's been 5 months and I still haven't even recieved confirmation that my order has been sent nevermind been provided with a tracking number. Wish I'd read reviews first. Awful website, awful way to treat fans.

I order a 7-inch. Vinyl record post Malone. Store online still have not received it. I think they're very unprofessional. Someone that has millions of dollars and has these people working for him? What's wrong? Store needs to go out of business. But they won't cuz it keeps stealing people's money.

Ordered 2 tshirts the first of October 2019 and here it is February 2020 and still no merchandise. I’ve contacted them several times. They told me it shipped again as it was lost but yet have not provided a tracking number. Ridiculous! Lesson learned, don’t order from here!

I bought a sweater for my son for Christmas. It cost me $115 total. It showed an arrival date of December 4, but I just received if today (January 10). It took 6 weeks to get here. The quality is crap, very very cheaply made. I’m extremely disappointed and will never order anything again.

I love Post Malone so much, but his shop is not great. I ordered something on the 5th of October and it just arrived today, the 11th of December. Granted, their site DOES say to expect to wait 4-6 weeks for your item to ship, so I was expecting that. However, after 6 weeks I hadn’t had any notice of shipping and was told there was a delay. I accepted that as well, but when the item I ordered arrived, it looked like a cheap knockoff version of what the item on the site looked like. To wait over two months and spend close to $60 CAD on something like that was the final straw, honestly. I currently don’t recommend shopping at this store, which is a shame because I’m a die-hard Posty fan. Hopefully they can improve their shipping and quality-of-product.

After 2 months of waiting, my t-shirt finally shipped to the EU, now after 3 months i still haven’t received it. No further tracking numbers or anything after the one i received from UPS. And UPS only delivered it to my country (NL in the EU). Sadly i can’t get better help anywhere, no support from ups, not even the merch site knows what to do af this point. They told me to wait another week, like dude come on? Seriously, i’ve been waiting 3 months already and know you tell me to wait another week, the concert is in 21 days.

so i purchased a t shirt on 15th of JUNE. It’s now october and i still have not received a refund on a tshirt that was returned having been hit with a customs fee. their support has been inadequate, responses could take weeks and tell me what i already knew. had enough now.

I did recive my packet 1 month after I ordered, but I got in good condition, and it does look cool... But it is Post Malone:)
