I love all my new pictures

I love all my new pictures! Great sale, easy to navigate website, lots of options (sizing & colours) and free shipping! Really enjoyed putting them up. I will definitely be ordering again when I redo my living room.So happy I found the Posterstore!❤️

Poor quality prints

I was really disappointed with the quality of the prints that I received. Online they appear to be high quality and colorful images. However after receiving the prints the colors are quite muted and the quality is poor. I also didn't like that they don't give the measurements of the picture that has the border already on it so it is hard to determine the size of frame needed, I had to wait to receive the prints before I could determine which frame to use and even still its difficult to find one that fits.

I love the print

I love the print, and it’s great quality, but it came slightly crumpled. Not worth the effort to return, but annoying.

My go-to for anything on our walls!

The frame and hooks were great! I loved it, it was a gift for my mother and she loved it! My sister also bought a beautiful oak frame from here and it looks lovely on our wall, it came quickly too via delivery and undamaged, I think I'm gonna buy all my frames from here! I also got some hooks!

Delivery and customer service

My frames were supposed to be delivered january 4th, and there was a problem with the delivery that never came. I asked for a rescheduling and I am still waiting. Customer service is only by mail. I received as only answer that saying someone was going to call back. Still waiting, still no news. This is very annoying. Hope this company is not just a scam

I purchased two frames and only one was…

I purchased two frames and only one was delivered. I quickly contacted customer service about this - it has been a week and STILL NO REPLY. All I get is an automatic response thanking me for my patience. There is no other way to reach them besides email. They won't even let you leave a leave on their site (a huge red flag if you ask me). I have literally never experienced worst customer service. I am convinced they are never going to respond and send me my full order at this point.

Disapointement

I received my picture frame with the front window broken and the carton behind the picture broken too. I contacted posterstore and left them an email explaing my situation but haven’t had any follow up for 3 weeks. Terrible experience.
