He loves it and it was really easy to order!
My first time using one of these services - there appears to be quite a few to choose from. I ordered early from them this year as most places don't appear to be taking orders yet. I ordered just a letter and their site let me change it about to make it into something to encourage my kid with his good behaviour through till Christmas. He's opened it today and it looks great... can't wait to order one with a certificate for him at Christmas!! :)

Excellent service. Had an issue with one letter arriving and not the other but Chris dealt with it quickly and efficiently and even refunded half the cost and sent an extra letter to make sure my son got his asap.
