Ordered the French culture and the Bollsnafil, both took right off with the clear instructions from the website. Using our goats milk the French yogurt is sooo good, my kids love it!

My cultures arrived in great condition. The instructions on the web site were all I needed to activate them. Once activated, the cultures became nice and lively. I used my first batch of excess sourdough culture to make a wonderful banana bread and have had my first batch of fresh creme fraiche with tamales. I am very happy with Positively Probiotic.

Plenty of choices for both milk kefir and yogurt, dehydrated or live.

I have ordered several items in the past couple of months--both dehydrated milk kefir grains and yogurt starters--and got them up and running with no hassles. I currently have some buttermilk-style yogurt and crème fraiche starters headed in my direction and I can hardly wait. (I am going to experiment with mixing various types of yogurt to see what's what.)
