Ordered trunks Tuesday as had a comp the Sunday last week paid for next day delivery . Order wasn’t processed till the next day and constant chasing resulted in lie after lie , have proof . Then chased for a refund as still nothing just got. That back weds this week
Total utter joke of a company would never use them ever again

Firstly you never sent the next day delivery email I had to chase you
You were aware I had a comp on the Sunday and after paying next day delivery no assurances were given
Totally amazes me you working with bodybuilders who are deep in prep depleting and u think we are bullying when we ask direct questions . Any way kind you say we will never see or use each other again

We have been severely bullied by this gentleman after he ordered his trunks with very little margin to arrive. The trunks where send out the next working day as all our trunks are, and unfortunately were delayed by Royal Mail. The gentleman has been aware of the delay after we answered every single one of his barrage of bullying, threatening and demanding emails.
Two days ago yet again he demanded a refund in his signature bullying, threatening style which we granted knowing the trunks where set to arrive according to the tracking information, just to not have to deal with his tyranny anymore. His trunks are set to be delivered today so I'm sure having a full refund plus his trunks will mount to a good day for someone of his character. The bullying worked a charm!
We also prefer to never have anything to do with you ever again, Mr Hirst. We let karma sort this one out. We wish the people who have to deal with your custom next the very best of luck. Your conduct has been disgraceful.

I ordered 2 air of velvet posing trunks they came quickly, and were well made and a great fit, also support facilities are first class, so i ca, unreservedly recommend their products
