I had a really good experience with Posh Peanuts customer service. I had to return an item and received a gift card for store credit. I had an issue with the link. I emailed them at 7pm and everything was fixed before 12pm the next day. Got a new link to my gift card and the situation was fixed surprisingly fast.

Love the clothes here and the company does such a great job with their fun collections. They are on the pricier side, but they are long-lasting and great quality.

Great customer service!! I made double order of an item and the Queen from customer support responded within 10 minutes and fixed it for me. I honestly never had a speedy and kind response like that. so grateful!

Customer service is next level. I placed an order for my SIL and realized I chose the wrong size for one of the items. I emailed customer service and they got back to me right away! I don’t have to worry about it being sent and feeling bad about her having to return items and place more work on her. In this day and time this is exactly what we need, excellent and fast service. Their onesies are beautiful and well-made. The fabric is made of bamboo is incredibly soft and gentle on my infant skin I also love their designs. The customer service is also excellent. I had an issue and they quickly and happily resolved it. Highly recommend this brand.

My first time ordering from Posh Peanut, and I accidentally put the wrong shipping address. I reached out to customer support for assistance and they immediately replied (within 5 minutes) and remedied the issue! Fastest customer support I have ever experienced, will definitely be ordering again!

I had accidentally written the wrong address on my shipping form and sent an email. Less than 24 hours later I got an email saying they fixed the problem! Excellent customer care and favorite baby products by far!!! Great material, great design, useful and daddy approved!!

I have been purchasing from Posh Peanut for three years. Whenever I have an issue about a product I immediately message for help and within 24 hours they respond. Love their products and even met the owner in NYC for their American Girl Colab!

Angela was my Posh Peanut customer service representative, and she was amazing. She handled my request quickly and efficiently.

Their items look cute but are very thin. And if you do not like the quality, or want to return for some other reason, you have to pay a $10 “handling fee” to send them back. I bought two tiny sleepers that were overpriced and poor quality and I got charged $10 to return them. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Honestly, it’s my first time knowing the brand so I tried ordering some mens shirts for my teenage boys, after getting it they love how soft and comfortable they were. So I ordered more 9 shirts, but once we received the 2nd order, 4 of them were damaged. I contacted them right away, provided what they asked and in less than 3mins, it was resolved. They will send me new shirts. Customer service is top tier⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you can really buy with confidence because aside of the best quality materials they’re known for, their customer service is 💯 excellent!!!!

First, they have AMAZING products that are high quality and absolutely adorable prints! Second, I had an issue with a delivery problem, which was not their fault, and they were not only prompt to reply, but they offered a very generous solution to something that wasn't an error on their behalf. Customer service is awesome!
