So this printer is the one that works best with our POS. The real value here for us was the attention that the POS Guys gave our order. They know our business and called as soon as we placed the order because we had actually ordered the wrong printer for our application. That was the amazing customer service that we received and they have earned more of our business. Thanks POS Guys. (not a paid promotion :P )
