I like their 24/7 POS support!
I have a cafe in Melbourne and use POSApt restaurant POS. I like their support a lot. Whenever I get stuck on how to use the POS, I just call. The support guy always picks up my call and gives answers straight away. The inventory system is extremely useful, as it alerts me when we are running low on stock and so on. Reports are so detailed that I can see what's selling well and what's not, and plan our business more easily than ever! Additionally, they developed a website branded for my cafe that features online ordering with an integrated POS, so I don't have to pay any fees for online ordering from the website anymore. I can view all orders on the same interface. Additionally, I requested that they increase the font size of our kitchen docket, as some of our staff have difficulty reading small font, or suggested changes to other elements. Yes, POSApt did it for us! Thanks!
