QUAGMIRE

I am perplexed by new changes Amia is requesting for new resident card while 100k waiting for updated cards. There is no time line between email receipt & payment & appointment so you are frantically chasing for updated docs that the giv makes extremely difficult to acquire. expat sites are full of misinformation. It is a Quagmire. I know you are doing everything you can but it is not a precise reporting system to rely on unfortunately.
