I recently reached out to this business with a simple question... whether they were still offering the free 8x10 print promotion they had in the past. Instead of answering politely, the person I spoke with rudely asked if I “only care about getting free stuff.” This was completely uncalled for, especially since I already had three different prints in my cart. I had just gotten married and wanted to order photos for my new home, but his attitude instantly turned me away. It’s unprofessional, disrespectful, and not the way you treat customers. I will not be doing business here, and I strongly recommend others take their money elsewhere.

Shipping is horrible, it has taken 3 weeks for my shipment to come from Texas to Chicago and I live in Michigan! I can recieve orders from China faster !! They must use pony express.......

Our first picture had a bent corner. I reached out to them and they responded right back without alot hassle. They sent us a new picture in a short manner of time. We are very pleased with the picture and the service we received. We will be ordering again. We would also recommend them

I was going to buy from this company because it looks like the pictures are very well made.. it looks beautifully done., but after reading the reviews., I dare not take the chance.

Absolutely impressed with this printing company! The quality of their work is consistently top-notch — every print I’ve received has looked stunning. I was especially blown away by how beautifully the photo of my dog Ren Ren turned out. The colors were vibrant, the details were sharp, and the overall finish was professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for high-quality, reliable printing!

Terrible customer service. When i first ordered from them back in 2021, I had an issue with there being scratches on my photo. The owner insisted that it wasn't possibly their fault but mine upon opening. I continued to give them a chance fast foward years later I tried to enter a fun giveaway they had only for them to tell me it doesn't look like one of their products because it didn't look glossy enough to them. This is their own product mind you. Found the order number for the item and they stopped responding. There have since been plenty of newer companies doing the same thing. I'm done giving them a chance and being a loyal customer And I won't be recommending them anymore to anyone

I wish I could give no stars! Horrible customer service! They don't care once they get there money. 16 days late for my wife's birthday! And when you finally get ahold of someone they make excuses and don't offer any help or discounts! STAY AWAY!

This company needs to do better with answering their emails when customers have questions regarding their orders! I placed my order on the 16th of this month (April), received on and off emails, but not one picture has been received from them! I was supposed to receive the 16×20 before the end of this month and tomorrow's the 1st with nothing in my possession!

Arrived wrapped in a piece of paper in a cardboard box. 2 corners bent. There are better companies now that I read this companies reviews.

My order arrived bent on one corner. I have sent a few emails with no response. The box it was shipped in was not damaged at all. I believe it was bent during production but they shipped it anyway. I like it and just want this resolved.

It took well over a month to get my picture, and I live within 30 miles of their facility. When I finally got it, it was the wrong size and the picture itself was very washed out. I contacted them on multiple occasions about the issues and they never responded to any of them over the course of another several weeks after I received the print.

Ripoff! Ordered three weeks before Mothers day and never received my print! Would not do business with this company again.

Terrible customer service

Ordered 2 metal prints (Star Wars) 400$ they were never shipped and company never responded to my messages . I had to contact credit card company to cancel order do not buy from them

I place my order #17117 on the 11dec21, it was never delivered by UPS and sent back to Portrilux. I keep sending email to customer service 6 month later to get a new delivery or a refund but I got no feedback. They are just not anwering at all. Maybe a unique case but for now, i spent money for nothing. I strongly encourage any future customer to think it twice before to place an order.

These guys are reliable and solid👍!! I placed an order for a metal print. Unfortunately there was a mistake made by them when I received my order. They used a slightly different picture than the one I wanted. I informed them of this and they sent me another metal print. This time it was correct, and they did not require me to send back the one that there was an error on. Great customer service, and they get to your order very quickly, and they ship very fast as well. I highly recommend them if you are thinking about doing a metal print
