Faulty leather jacket with scratches/spots

Dear customer service, I have just received my order number 63646772 , the item has leather defects please kindly see the foto, there are few small spots, how can I return defective item, as I ordered it from NZ? This should not happen, why Portmans sent this item to me? please kindly arrange a refund, does Portmans have return address for NZ? or would be terun fee paid by Portmans in this case, as I have just received faulty item,

Stylish Work Wear

I love the Portmans site for shopping. The sizing is easy to work out and it ships quickly. There is actually a store right near my work but I prefer to order most things online as I know my size and don't have to bother trying stuff one, I just go in store for jewellery. Its an easy site to use and the pictures of the items are great.
