Having used Porters as a landlord for a number of years sadly I cannot recommend them.
High prices substandard work completed by their contractors and a flawed complaint system that does not address issues raised but does seek to reduce impact to the company.
Be very careful as it will take 12 months to remove yourself from a contract and Porters will seek to idemnify themselves of any liability from their failings.
