I'd been looking for a specific collectors edition of a DVD for ages and one popped up on a german website and they don't ship to the UK. The process was super easy, you send the link and then they give you a quote and then handhold you through the process. Jonas was an absolute star to deal with when I had any questions and keeping me updated (they even managed to haggle the item down with the seller so I got it for cheaper).
