I love your brand I have two of the lip masks and I also have the moisturiser and the smoothing hair oil and the detangling spray and the kids shimmer hair and body mist I just love all the products so much and I want to get more of them and they’re so cheap and it’s such a affordable price and like I can’t stop thinking about the smell it’s so good, good job

The table arrived with a small crack on the wood. I reached out and didn't get a response.

I've bought so many office supplies from Poppin over the past few months as I try to jazz up my new home office. Their stuff is so colorful and fun and it makes me happy to look at it every time I walk into my office. Their pens especially are my favorite! Along with all of the desk trays and pen cups.

Company does not offer replacement parts and does not care about customer satisfaction. I inquired about repairing a broken door and they quickly told me they don’t offer replacements and support quickly ended our conversation. As a growing company looking for scalable solutions to work with our evolving needs, I’m surprised they wouldn’t try to work with us. I will take my business elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience with Poppin. Not only have I used Poppin furniture and supplies for my small business, I have a home office set up from them too. Everything shipped on time and took just minutes to assemble. I recommend the Raise adjustable height desk and Maxwell chair to everyone I meet!

I outfitted my home office with quite a few Poppin products... a couple filing cabinets, desk accessories, etc. Not only are the products first-rate, but twice I've needed to contact customer service... I locked my file cabinet keys in the cabinet by mistake. Both times the service reps were super great... friendly, listened to my problem, and took responsibility for helping me fix it. They clearly do a lot of training and empower their reps. (I say this as someone who does trainings tangentially related to customer service such as this.) They have earned a loyal customer in me!

Terrible customer service. They held up a delivery after I ordered chairs over an email that made no sense. Nobody bothered to call me to explain you must respond to the email before they will ship out the chairs. It’s called customer service in which they lack. And to boot, Gabby, the sales rep does nothing to correct other than ask me if I just want to cancel the order. SMH.

The walnut-veneer desk is strong. However, the penultimate step in construction was screwing in the drawer runners. The pre-drilled holes were wrong. There was no way to attach the runners given those holes. I'm not a handy man so with fear I drilled other holes and THEY WORKED.

I ordered an adjustable desk that I spent nearly $600 for if I round up. There is a remote control that comes with the desk. On the actual desk, the pre-drilled holes aren't wide enough to screw in the remote control.....and this company KNEW this and continued to sell this desk anyway. When I called and asked about it.....they sent me a manual that basically instructs you create 2 new holes which is impossible without destroying the desk. Unacceptable and unethical to continue to sell such a pricey desk that this company KNOWS already has this issue.

Bad service and customer service never replied. Don’t use it, the my don’t care s*it about their customers.

I ordered the adjustable white desk and it arrived today. I just finished putting it together and I am in awe of how great their customer service was as well as their product.
I was called twice about delivery- once to get some additional information about where it would be delivered and then they followed up with me confirming a delivery window. The delivery driver showed up within the first hour (of the three hour window) and was so helpful in getting my packages up the stairs- which I was not expecting at all.
I was not expecting to be so well taken care of! It was so nice to not wonder where my package was, what day it would arrive on and what time it would arrive at. Bravo, Poppin!

Ordered earrings-NOTHING RECEIVED! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! I never received the 4 pairs of earrings-- no email responses and no way to call. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! Have been trying to get a response or earrings since January 2019@

Placed an order, didn't receive an email. Did online chat, told me check my bank, order went through. Gave me phone # call no one answers just goes to voice mail. I'll have to dispute charge through bank. I'll never order anything through them again. Horrible experience.

This so called buissness is a pure scam! Ordered 1 pair of earrings Jan 31 2019 confirmation was sent here it is March 6 2019 no earring No response to multiple emails. Im so glad I only ordered a small product. I can only image what folks are going thru with multiple or big orders.Do not I mean Donot order from this site absolutey.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR $ AND YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on December 21st and was quick to receive an order confirmation, the confirmation went on to say that I would receive tracking details within about 2 days. It is now Jan 31st 2019 and I've not had any response to all the emails i've sent them, no tracking information and no refund. I hope i've been scammed because if this is a genuine business my advice to these people is to pack up shop and go get a day job.

Wow. We spent over $30k on office furniture with Poppin. They were missing multiple pieces, and 2 times in a row, they completely messed up our delivery where we actually had to carry our furniture 11 FLOORS... They apologized and didn't even get back to us... If I could give it -1 star, I definitely would... If you are thinking about working with them... Save yourself some money and time, and don't.

Poppin had just deleted my comment on their Facebook page. Which said that i had to chase them to place my order, which did not arrived when they told me and had to chase them to track my order. Did not care for $1,500.00 order that I placed and another I would have placed. I could not get hold of them. When Alyssa Tuorto (the girl I placed the order with) called me back, she said “oh that is very frustrating, sorry about that, good buy.” Not only her patronizing behavior was the worse technique she could have used. But she had no idea of the repercussions of it. In life you never know who you are dealing with.
