Where is the customer service?
Pop mart is great for its beautiful and high quality figure which I will state very clearly here ARE NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN! I have order from here over a dozen times and 19 times out of 20 the package has arrive without any damage and in a reasonable amount of time. MAY I REMIND YOU PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE TO SHIP FROM ACROSS THE WORLD. So yes it will take 1-4 weeks to arrive. The only bad experience I’ve had is when I received a dimmoo figure that had one piece broken. I contacted customer service who at first only offered me a $2 store voucher and after insisting that wasn’t enough they only offered $4 which is abysmal. So overall pop mart is a great brand for its uniqueness and quality but if your unlucky enough to receive a broken item there is nothing to be done.
Just what we ordered
We received my daughters Labubu; Happiness, and it is the cutest little monster. It came after Christmas but only took 2 weeks. It scanned as an authentic Popmart doll. It is just what we wanted.
Cheaply made crap and zero customer service
Bought one of these cheaply made plastic figures for my kid for Christmas. It was a Stitch figure missing an ear when he opened it on Christmas morning. Because I bought it more than 14 days ago, the company refuses to stand by the product and offer even a store credit. It has been in transit for 11 days then got an update that the parcel has been delayed, one day later, it showed the parcel has been sent back to the sender for no reason. Contacted the support, they said will investigate this and get back to me, but they never did. bought as a Christmas present but too late now. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing online. I ordered a set of Skull pandas for my sisters birthday only to find out when I it arrived I had looked at it and it was damaged and it looked like someone’s already been looking inside the box’s !! When she opened them she had 4 of the same ones and 2 of the same ? (Set of 6) they’re expected to ALL be different! I knew it was a scam because I knew that they were all opened and it looked like they just sent out all the shit ones and kept all the good ones for their greedy selfs. Disgusting and effing bad experience!! I went to make a formal complaint only to hear nothing back for almost 2 weeks! Absolute rip off and I hope you read this before purchasing ‘DO NOOOOT SHOP ONLINE’. I’m a perfect example of one of those who have been scammed hundreds sadly haha! Sketchy company.
Ordered a sealed box of the monsters that should not have had any repeats in it. It showed up and it was not sealed, and had a double. That in itself is shady. Tried to sell the dupe on eBay and popmart flagged my listing as counterfeit. When I filed a claim to resolve the issue I included my receipt that proved I got the item directly from them, and they denied my claim. eBay didn’t deny my claim, popmart themselves did. Even with a receipt from them. Zero stars.

Sharing my experience so other collectors are aware.
I purchased a full case of PopMart collectibles, which is advertised as guaranteed no duplicates. My case arrived with a duplicate item. What followed has been months of conflicting information, delays, and responsibility-shifting.
After multiple rounds of photos, videos, and emails, PopMart approved a return of the entire case and issued a UPS return label. I returned the full case exactly as instructed.
- UPS confirmed delivery to PopMart’s warehouse
- The shipment weight matches a full case, not a single item
- A UPS claim was approved, and since PopMart created the label, UPS paid PopMart directly
Despite this, PopMart has:
- Claimed the tracking “was not updated” (even after proof of delivery was provided)
- Claimed they cannot refund me until the item is returned (it was)
- Then stated they can only support orders from their “official website”
- Then said they cannot find my order because the order number “doesn’t start with O” — after I sent them their own receipt, return label, and proof of delivery
- Repeatedly told me to contact TikTok, even though TikTok denied my refund request and explicitly sided with the seller
At this point:
- PopMart has my original payment
- PopMart has the returned products
- PopMart has the UPS claim payout
- I have no refund and no resolution
Each response contradicts the last, and I’m being sent in circles despite providing every document requested: shipping label, delivery confirmation, receipts, photos, videos, and platform correspondence.
I’m posting this as a warning to others. My experience with PopMart’s after-sales support has been deeply frustrating, inconsistent, and unresolved after months of effort.

Ordered at the beginning of December, took the courier a week to pick up, then first date was within the time frame I needed, the next day it had changed to seven days later. Contacted support to be told they would look into it and get back to me, the never did. It has been in transit for 11 days and now has no expected delivery day, bought as a birthday present but too late now as its passed. Emailed support again with details of dates etc and asked for a refund, still waiting for a response. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing online. Such a scam.

update: contacted by company and the only offer was to reship within 3 business days which means it would ship by the 23rd and would never arrive by Christmas as the intended gift. I would advise others to be very careful ordering from them and never order from them unless you have a wide window of delivery time before the item is required

Order was never delivered and the only thing they do is telling that they have checked with the carrier and that it was delivered. They are now asking for a feedback from the carrier for which I have been waiting for over 2 weeks. This was a Christmas present which I won’t be able to give on time, avoid this shop

I ordered a labubu from china to Southern California. Twice they had to resend it only for the same thing happen where package stopped moving once it got the chino gofo delivery station. I asked them the second time not to send it there and they did it anyways for the same thing to happen again. I eventually gave up and asked for a refund. First email said they will refund just will take 5-10 days. A day later a different email says it will take up to 20 days. Really sketchy and weird. So if be careful ordering and look at reviews of the distributors places and tracking info.
Honestly? A scam
Cancelled my order because I wanted to change it. A few minutes later I see there’s no cancellation confirmation in my email. Go back to their website and turns out the button isn’t working. Try costumer support, can’t reach it at night. Try email. Costumer support later says they can’t even find my email. After spending a whole dinner talking to them they pass me through to assistance but apparently from the moment it ships there’s no way of sending it back. Every other company can send it back.
All I wanted was to give my friends a little Christmas gift. This isn’t a cheap purchase. I am not even in the country.
Did not for a second think a company this big would have Am online store that just doesn’t work.

My order arrived next day! Much quicker than I expected. Products are in great condition. Boxes unharmed. Much cheaper than other shops with the added bonus of complete certainty that you are getting genuine Labubu. I had read reviews on here after placing my order and became concerned. But I needn't have worried at all.
Extremely Disappointed with POP MART Customer Service
I bought a Labuby figure for my daughter as a Christmas gift. The parcel was delivered in the pouring rain and literally thrown into my garden, leaving the product wet and damaged. I contacted POP MART and provided photo evidence, but the customer service has been shockingly bad.
They told me I needed to pay to ship the damaged item back and then wait 10 working days for a replacement. I’m perfectly willing to return the product, but I expect a prepaid return label and a replacement delivered within a reasonable timeframe — not after two weeks.
Very disappointing experience. I will not be buying from them again.

I ordered a Why So Serious blind box from the website on release day. It said dispatch would be in November (ordered it in October). It is now December and I still have not received my item despite them having my money. Customer services lie and tell me it’s been dispatched so I cannot cancel my order. The order page has not been updated with this information so it’s clearly a lie. They should not be allowed to do this and I should be allowed to cancel my order.

I ordered an item, a large box arrived when I opened it it was empty, there was no product inside the box, I reported this and they replied calling me a liar as I didn’t video myself opening the box, what company tells you to video the opening of the packaging, I’ve never been so insulted by a company in my life.
Customer service is appalling and lies by telling you they have cctv and weight evidence that show they sent the item that they didn’t.

They are no where to be found. I placed 4 separate orders for one Labubu each. How can 4 orders from one address be lost? I said that they can refund me so I can purchase elsewhere. I have not heard back.
