Placed the above order on the 9th January with the website saying one of the items was released on the 12th Jan and there was a 48 hour tracked delivery service. I haven’t received my order I tried contacting the company on both the 21st and 27th, however I still have not received my order or any response. Thankfully I paid on my credit card so will be getting them to recall the money.
Terrible company and customer service.

Bad Experience! I placed an order on 25/12 and my order status has not been updated since. No way of making contact only via email. But still had no response. Very bad experience with this company. Nearly 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my order. Will i ever receive it?

Ordered on 23rd December, Was Adviced that it be with me just after christmas, but before the new year and its the 7th Jan, And Still no order, Wish i read the revews before hand dont recommend.

My initial experience with Pop in a Box is probably only 1 ⭐️
I placed an order on 5th of December in plenty time for Xmas however the package was severely delayed and when it arrived it was incomplete (I had order 2x Pokemon Ex Starter decks but only one had arrived)
I initially queried the dispatch of the package and Mike was very understanding and explained the warehouse delays, then when my packaged had been delivered but not completed fulfilled Mike was an amazing help providing me with all the necessary info, different options to amend the mistakes and all round fantastic customer service!

I’ve had a really good experience using this company. Their website is easy to navigate, ordering is simple, and I’ve always found the whole process very straightforward. Even when deliveries take a little longer as some items are preorders, everything still arrives safely and well packaged. Overall, a reliable service that I’m happy to keep using. Highly recommended!

I ordered an advent calendar in October and still nothing. I may be late or lost but I can’t reach the company. Via email , Facebook or the website there is no response.

I wouldnt even give them one star, i ordered a couple of items last month as christmas presents, theyve now cancelled my order, i should of just got the things from amazon but i decided to go with them , now theyve cancelled my order and if i try amd get the presents from amazon theyve increased alot in price. I wont be using pop in a box again there untrustworthy

When piab was relaunched, I was hoping that poor service would be a thing of the past. Oh, I was so wrong. Same old piab, taking money for items they don't have, not honouring back orders in a timely fashion, and failure to respond to messages.

Placed an order with these on 18/8/25, order immediately got cancelled by popinabox, Still awaiting my refund. They blame shopify, even though shopify say the refund has not been processed by popinabox. Pop have ignored my previous 3 emails & this is 3 weeks since they cancelled my order. Currently £339.96 down! Please avoid this company

Absolutely appalling, 2 very expensive items were packaged faulty was clear that they had been dropped prior to being packed by staff, i can confidentiality say this as the outer packaging was in very good undamaged condition , there's a reason why this site often has pokemon stock and thats because serious collectors know to avoid it due to poorly packaged items please read all reviews before purchasing, I am new to collecting and foolishly didn't read the reviews first, ask yourself this would you buy a ten pound burger from a burger shop with a three star health rating? No? So why on earth would you spend 50 to 100 pounds or more on items that will not be packaged properly these people don't care they ignore the reviews they have deliberately packaged damaged items knowing the customer cannot return thats right you cannot return the pokemon sets go check their terms and conditions do your wallet a favour and buy from a trusted site....oh but they have stock? Now ask yourself why.

They took £169.98 for items they never even had, they cancelled soon after and are failing to give my money back. They’re blaming Shopify for apparently putting a hold on the funds, yet they are still actively selling and receiving money on their website. Meanwhile my credit card payment is due so I have to incur interest or cover the funds from my own money. Absolutely ridiculous!

Placed an order for some collectibles cards. Later the same day they cancelled my order with no explanation. I then saw they had relisted the cards on their website at double the price! Nice. It is now a week later and I have still not received my money back. Avoid this company.
