I Spend 50 DOLLARS on 2 cases to ship it to Belgium... It said it will take 7 - 22 days.... It's 30 days and still nothing!!! not even an email! I already emailed 3 times to ask where my order was, but I did not receive an answer back!! What is this company??? Is it a SCAM?
I hope that I will receive my order and that it is good quality. PLEASE POP GLOW ANSWER MY MAILS!!

I purchased the pop glow case for my iPhone 8+ after seeing it in use with a friends iPhoneX. The issue with this case is that the fabric doesn’t allow you to use iPhone side buttons for older models like mine (on/off and volume up/down). It may be different with the newer iPhones. The case feels nice in the hand, but renders my phone barely functional. I will give it some time to see if it stretches out and update my review if anything changes, but for now I would advise consumers to steer clear of this product.

The button indention areas aren't flexible enough in the fabric and they press the buttons in right when you put the phone in it. it just doesn't work. Lesson learned: Never buy cases off of Instagram without reading reviews first!

The case wore out after two months and the fabric peeled off after normal use.

Company have a 30 day returns policy and I fell outside of that. A goodwill gesture of an exchange would have suggested they have confidence in their product and my case was an anomaly. No such luck.

Not the height of luxury the sellers believe. Buyers beware!

This product is chintzy! It looks great, but started to break within weeks of ownership due to what I would consider standard use. (The product was not designed to allow ample access to the on-off switch for silent mode and the case subsequently cracked. Also, the fabric has worn off around the edges of the case. The customer service is deplorable.

After promising to send me a new case on November 23, I still haven't received one (as of January 28). In the course of our interaction, it's become apparent that this operation might be run out of a University of Washington building. No wonder the customer service is bad! It's a company run by college kids. Avoid buying this product!

Poor quality phone case, has broken within, the 'denim' is peeling from the plastic and and I haven't even had it 6 months.

I am trying to get a replacement free of charge (in the event that i had a poor unit) but they have stopped replying to me after having promised to replace

A seemingly poor (and expensive (£20)) product with more robust cases that exists in the market and for cheaper, overall leaves me extremely frustrated and disappointed.

I am now at the point of leaving this review. I would not recommend.

Site has been changed, quality has improved and they now offer express shipping for US. Got my case in 3 days and I love it!

Ordered and never received the product. I followed up and they said they would send a new one. Never received it. Stay away.

Looked weird at first, however I ordered a cloth case for my iPhone as well as for my girlfriend and came in about 8-10 days. So far, I'm really enjoying it!

Had no problem with ordering and shipping. Smooth ordering process, would order a case again.

Like the cloth case much. Shipping times have improved, Sophie from their customer service is really helpful!

Ordered a luxury cloth case and it took about 2 weeks to arrive. Overall, I am satisfied with the case and would recommend.
