I wrote a review for this company a couple of weeks ago when I was sure the company didn't exist and the website was a scam. However I have now received the item ordered albeit a month ago and the quality of the item is good.

This company should be banned! Ordered an aqua mat on 14th December 2024 which has still not arrived. The e-mail address for help and support comes back ‘failed’. On reading these reviews, it’s obvious it’s a SCAM company - so DO NOT USE!!

Item never turned up !!! Didn't reply to emails scsm company

Scam company advertising on facebook. Probably same company as Tiny Dreams as contact addresses are in Germany and Austria. Poopsy Bear fails to deliver or respond to enquiries. They appear to string customers along with fake 'track progress' to prevent customers asking for refunds. After 3 weeks I cancelled order (no reply) and contacted credit card refund dept. Avoid.

Have emailed 3 times , I believe this is a scam. Avoid like the plague

I wish I had read this before I placed my order. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’m still waiting for my delivery of an Advent calendar ( today’s the 10th Dec). They don’t tell you on their website that their products are delivered from China! which is why they take so long to deliver. They also refuse to cancel and refund the order despite me not being able to use this item any more!!! Will never order from here again.

Still not recieved my order that was placed over two weeks - no response to any emails !!! Hope they go bust and nobody ever send them a penny ever again !!!! 😡😡😡

Beware!! Dangerous products and poor service! Unfortunately, I ordered from Poopsy Bear without checking the reviews first. I purchased the Domino Train, and it took over four weeks to arrive. Despite multiple emails, I received only one response. When the product finally arrived, the quality was dreadful and certainly not worth £27.70. Most concerning is the missing screw in the battery compartment, causing the batteries to fall out while in use, which is extremely dangerous. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.

Still waiting on order. Very disappointing! It looks like I will need a refund !

Waiting delivery times outrageous! Not recommended!!!

Waste of time and money. Avoid this company. After finally receiving this gift for a 2 year old, it didn't even work as advertised. 'Book 2' the velcro learning book wasn't even fully prepared. Polythene bags with felt characters shoved between the pages as if they had been forgotten about. Other characters with no Velcro attached at all and those with velcro didn't even stick to the felt fabric. Basically a big felty waste of time. Only option for return was to send to an individuals home address in Austria (even though shipped from a UK warehouse). Poopsey bear also have a near replica website selling dog toys. I can only imagine there are also some very disappointed dog owners out there! Avoid.

Unfortunately got lured in by the questionable glowing testimonials and purchased as a Christmas gift. When it arrived was disappointed to find this was of cheap plastic construction so decided to return. Disappointingly discovered it had to be posted to someone in Austria despite having been posted from the UK. To return using an affordable courier I needed to provide a telephone number for customs but none was forthcoming and was then out of the returns period. So ended up keeping the gift.
Assembling the track was a pain (literally) and probably took longer than the child's attention span of watching the vehicle doing endless loops. Fail to see how this can provide hours of fun as promoted on the website.

I was worried, after seeing all of these reviews and getting no response from customer services - but the item did then arrive, as described - thankfully! However due to the poor communication, I don’t think I would risk ordering from them again - as I don’t think you’d have much luck if you needed to return something.

Appears to be a scam website that takes your money and doesn’t deliver or answer emails. Do not use.

Bear took almost 4 weeks to arrive. Following 3 reminders, it Arrived no box, just the bear in a plastic bag. The Bear doesn’t work and I am concerned that it’s not health and safety compliant for a 1 year old. Waiting to see how I get a refund. I so wish I had read the reviews on this site. It was meant to be a Xmas present, what a disappointment. Don’t buy this bear, even if it was working, it’s poor quality.

Ordered in October. Half of order arrived. Kept telling me order was with Royal Mail. Did not respond to request for refund. Now not responding to emails at all.

Ordered 8/12/23 emailed no answer still waiting…. Think it’s a scam to say the least so frustrating. Disgusting how people take money and not deliver🤬 avoid at all costs if only I had read these reviews before ordering 🤬

Ordered on 9th December and no communication from them since. Sent an email asking for estimated arrival time and haven’t received a response
