A great experience
I received my printer very quickly with it arriving a week after purchasing. Since then I have used it many times for journalling, and have been amazed with how easy it is to use and had well it works. I even showed it to my sister who then brought her own poooliprinter. It is easy to use, and has just been a great experience. I highly recommend poooliprint!!

Website is misleading with shipping
The printer itself is really nice, it prints very well and connects via Bluetooth to the phone. However I have been waiting over 2 weeks for the rolls of paper that I ordered at the same time as the printer. I got the printer in 5 days, I am still awaiting the paper. On their website it says they ship in 1-3 business days. Website is misleading but the product itself is good.

I'm sorry if you missed the part where we informed our customers that we have 3-5 business processing days before an order gets shipped. This means that your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after it was created. This was stated in our FAQs section here, PoooliPrint.
The estimated delivery time frame will be 3-21 business days depending on your location. Please understand that delays mostly in International orders are normal.

Cute and easy to use with app
This very cute printer works as expected, knowing it uses no ink. I found it easy to set up but needed the Pooli App to do so. However, the app is easy to use and with a little bit of experimenting, provides more print options than I had imagined it could. I use it mainly for vintage images in mixed media but it works great for things like printing coupons too. Love it!

This little gadget is a game-changer…
This little gadget is a game-changer when it comes to personalized printing. I've used it for everything from creating custom stickers for my water bottle to printing out photos to create a memory book. The quality of the prints is fantastic and the portability of the printer is a huge plus. I can take it with me anywhere and print out what I need on the go. I especially love the app that comes with the printer, which makes it super easy to customize my prints with different fonts, colors, and designs. The ink-free printing technology is also a major selling point for me. I no longer have to worry about running out of ink or dealing with messy ink cartridges. Overall, I highly recommend the PoooliPrinter® L2 to anyone who wants to add a personal touch to their everyday life.

The design is really cute and service was great, but I am sadly disappointed with it. Quality is paper is horrible , quality of photo as well, black and white and pixelated.
Not much use for me , I feel I threw $80 away :(

Not a truthful company
So far I’m not impressed with this company and I haven’t even received my printer yet. On the website, the Shipping Policy states they will ship the product out in 1-3 business days. Awesome! They did ship very quickly. I got an email with tracking number a couple days after I placed my order. HOWEVER, their Shipping Policy also states that shipping time in the US takes 1-3 days. (And their stated address on the website is Delaware) It’s been over three days and the tracking has not yet updated! But now I see the estimated delivery date could be a couple of WEEKS until it arrives! I sent an email and all they say is that everything is “normal” and that it is in “transit”. Having ordered items from China before I know that it is indeed “normal” to not have tracking updates, and it takes weeks to arrive. My huge problem with them is that they LIED on their website when they state that it takes 1-3 business days to receive in the US. They don’t want you to know that this ships from China and will take weeks to receive! And also incredibly expensive to return if you don’t like it! They are lying and misrepresenting themselves so much on the website. Skip this company and go find their competitors on Amazon….wish I had ordered somewhere else.

We are sorry for this inconvenience. While over 95% of the items that we sell are shipped from our U.S inventory, in some cases if the items you ordered aren't available in our U.S inventory, we do ship from our factory in China.
This is something we stated on our website FAQ, here:

This rarely happens but when it does we usually split the order to ship available items from the U.S and the remaining of the order separately.
Also, no worries about the return. Our offices and return address is in the U.S so you can return your order to the U.S.
This being said, I checked your order and it's on it's way and should get delivered to you shortly. Shipping from China is indeed fairly quick as we use a reliable and truste carrier to ensure you get your items delivered quickly.

Never received product, no refund
I ordered a Poooliprint back in December for my daughter for Christmas. There was some sort of problem with the delivery -- although the address I gave them was correct, for some reason, it could not be delivered. I have been waiting for months for them to either return my money or send another printer and all they say is the following:
Thank you so much for following up on this concern. I have checked the status of your order and unfortunately, it seems that we still haven't received your package back to our warehouse. This process may take 3 weeks - 2 months depending on the location and the carrier.
We will surely keep you posted with the new tracking number once it reships.
We apologize for any further inconvenience and delay. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.

Poooliprint is really good
I've been looking at this for a while I wanted something that would print my diagrams for my uni course and using the sticky paper can stick in my book to help revise for exam.
The only thing is I think I need to order the XL as writing csn be a bit small pictures are great. It would be good if it was colour .
I think these are great to be honest I'm glad I bought one for sure.

The coolest!
I first fell in love with Poooli after seeing all the cool things people were doing with it. I have a friend who uses hers for her travel journaling.
My niece recently had a baby boy, so I made a collage of his first days. I have a daily journaling practice, so the PoooliPrint is perfect for me. And I love that I can print photos and stickers when I’m out with friends!
I had a few questions and their customer service was responsive both via email and ig messenger.
Highly recommend as a gift for someone craft or a treat for yourself!

Took my order when they had no stock!
Says 10 days delivery, got no update and when I contacted them after 2 weeks, they said they had no stock and were waiting! Requested refund as they took my order and money when they had no stock- they refused refund.
Customer service is a joke, they eventually sent my printer AFTER I requested a refund. It did arrive and it’s ok. But because of the terrible customer service, I won’t be ordering anything from them again.

So Far...
So far, the Pooliprint XL has been a great device. I have not had any major issues with the device, but have had minor issues logging into the Pooliprint App and actually getting the Pooliprint App and the device to connect. It is frustrating for me but I am hopeful that at some point, this will not be an issue. The actual device is very easy to use and the learning curve is very small. I would recommend the Pooliprint to others, but I would advise them that connection between the App and the device may present a challenge.

Very bad CS - Don't bother with this company. Is either a scam or they are truely terrible at customer service.
Leaving this here as "Joey" from the CS team of Pooliprint has decided to now not answer e-mails after 2 days and i still need to know what is going on with my order.
Order #69790 <--Now you can't say you don't know which order
Ordered from this company on 19th Jan, payments taken etc, recieved an E-mail stating "Good news, your order has been dispatched" on January 22nd. Got my tracking number, and was told it has been passed over to the courier who needs to update their system.
Que 1 week of it sitting this way on the tracking page.
After 1 week, on Monday 30th Jan, i reached out to the email that was provided on my order to find out what is going on. Recieved an answer 1 day later.
"Thank you for your email and for bringing this to our attention.
We are very sorry to inform you that due to the recent success of our L2 printers over the L1 printers, we ran out of stock for the L2 printers.
However, we have inventory on its way to our fulfillment centers and the shipment was scheduled for delivery 15 days ago but it has been delayed. There are currently a minor logistics issue with our freight forwarder but the shipment is expected to get delivered to us shortly."
Now when i ordered, there was nothing on the website saying they are waiting for new printers to come in (this would have made me think about placing my order)
Ontop of this, why would the automated system send out a "your order has been dispatached notification" if indeed the order hasn't even been fulfilled?
I did e-mail "Joey" back asking these questions as well as asking about the cancellation policy etc. "Joey" / CS team have now been quiet for 2days, thus the need for this review as i believe they will more than likely answer this than their own e-mails.
