I purchased a pool pump that was not…
I purchased a pool pump that was not fit for purpose and did not work. Tubing separated during use and so started a return within 30 days of purchasing the item. Customer service were difficult, refused to cover return costs and upon returning the item, will not respond to my email requests when I ask when I can expect a refund.

It was not a pool pump. It was a £29 pool vacuum with no moving parts. The product is fit for purpose but not suitable for your pool. You returned it and we refunded you.
