We have a membership at Pool Pub, which costs 500 DKK per month, and it should include free access to the pool tables. We had booked a table for “Fresh Night” at 8 p.m. and waited patiently for almost three hours because it was very busy.
When it was finally our turn, a staff member named Vicki (wearing red clothes and blue jeans) was very disrespectful and rude. She told us that we had to pay an additional 120 DKK per hour, even though our membership should cover it. We were never informed anywhere that there would be extra charges during busy periods.
When you pay that much every month, you expect honest communication and fair treatment. I really hope they take this feedback seriously – the experience was unfortunately quite disappointing.

Great prices.
Came here for the night of a bachelor party. It was a great experience, there is a plethora of things to do.
Im definitely coming back another time!
