I built a pool in Panama in 2020. They shipped the liner to me from the US. I am a homeowner and not a pool builder. The liner is great and PLFO was a pleasure to deal with. They were always responsive and very helpful with advice. I will buy from them again and recommend them highly.

Great, I have a used endless pool and wanted a new liner for it. Endless pools wants to rip u off with a change of ownership fee and has crappy liners. Pool Liner factory outlet helped me out with a much nicer liner for much less! They were very knowledgeable gave me lots of help with the measurements and install. 👍🏊‍♀️

This was the best pool liner buying experience EVER! I live in MS and have an awkward pool shape, which pool companies run from. Well not Pool Liner Factory Outlet. I emailed the original measurements and received a response the very next day. I had questions and they answered them all. I paid for residential delivery but had to go to a local industrial park to pick up. I notified PLFO and they notified the trucking company. I recieved a refund for the difference between residential and commercial delivery. Plus the cost of the liner was cheaper than other companies. The sales rep and the engineer, I worked with, were so nice and helpful. I look forward to working with them in the near future on getting a safety cover. Could not have gone any better. Entire experience and people were amazing. From the sizing process , to price, to nailing the delivery date, to the follow up after install you will not find a better company. I dealt with Jim and he always answered his phone and emails which is so hard to find these days with press 1 for sales, press 2 for service, run-arounds we have all grown accustom to. Would it be to over the top to hope my liner rips again soon ??? Thank you guys

This was my first attempt at measuring, ordering, and installing an inground pool liner. I was quite nervous about the whole idea but was determined to save myself some money. Jeff was extremely helpful and walked me through the whole process. We had our liner in less than a week. It was easy to install, it fit like a glove, and I am very happy I made the decision to go with Pool Liner Factory Outlet!
