I ordered some garden trellis 9 days…

I ordered some garden trellis 9 days ago (19/04/24), since this time I have not had any notice of delivery. The money was taken out of my account immediately. I have completed several 'contact forms' and absolutely no one has been in contact with me. I will soon be in the process of trying to get my money back. If you want to waste your time talking to banks and not receiving any products or service then sure, go ahead and order from this store.

I'm certain that this is a fraudulent company.
I will update this message if they bother to come back to me!
