Delighted with the whole process of buying the perfect dress for my best friend’s wedding. Quality of the dress and craftsmanship is wonderful and, for the price, is fantastic value for money.

My daughter picked the dress for her prom and oh boy did she pick well .

Would not buy from this company. After attempting to purchase 2 dresses, they complained about ordering 2 and told us we could not return if they didn't fit.
Then after asking for our money back to stop the order (which has not been made yet) they said they would charge 5%.

Ordered a dress for my brother's wedding. Sent the measurements for the dress and when it arrived it did not fit. There are lose threads, the pockets are bulky and I'll fitting and the slit in the dress is frayed. There is padding in the bust but the bust sits higher than my actual bust line. I need to find an alternative dress as a couple of dress alteration companies have all said it's too much work to fix and/or due to it being wedding season are too busy.

Wow I ordered two dress for my mum at fast I didn't know want to expect but when the dresses arrived two day ago I was so surprised how beautiful there look. There are worth it and I sure recommend to all the ladys out there so so beautiful and there fit my mum so well .thank you so much seller. I will order for my self soon .keep up good work xxx

STUNNING BALL GOWN
ordered this dress to attend a ball. stunning, beautiful fabric, hangs lovely. great value for money. perfect measurements, fits great. only negative point would be packaging - was pretty creased when it arrived - maybe boxes would be better postage to ensure dress arrives in pristine ready to wear condition. ***** will definitely buy from again however !!! thank you very much

I received my order in an acceptable time. Beautifully made. Gorgeous fabric. Perfect for weddings. I had it custom made to fit and it fits just perfectly.

I received the dress, and it has an uneven hem and loose thread sticking out here and there. I've sent pictures and a video of the issues to Pomuyoo, and they are trying to convince me to take the dress to a seamstress rather than return it. It is taking ages to sort this. Do not recommend.

I am very pleased with Pomuyoo, I was nervous at first because I had never heard or order from this company before, but feel in love with a dress I saw on their website. So I took a chance and order the dress and I am so glad I did. The dress is perfect and arrived super duper fast, Thank you so much and I look forward in doing business with you in the future

They were so hopeful and I got a reply from my emails straight away. The dress is amazing well worth the money and it arrived when they said it would couldn’t be more happier

They misled me in showing their company as Co.uk when in fact they are Chinese. They offer a 15 day money back return but when I tried to return a sub standard item they kept offering me money to keep the item. I eventually was given an address to return it to and told to put a low amount in the value box "or it would be stuck in customs". It ended up costing me £23.50 to return it, I am not convinced I will get the refund.

We're it not for Them, our Bride would not have a dress. Excellent Customer Service, Beautiful Dress, Custom Sizing fits like a glove. Beyond frantic that it might not arrive on time, They reassured me it would be here and the dress arrived ahead of schedule!

I happened upon this company while looking for a dress for my son‘s wedding. Alice helped me when I had a question about the color of the dress and she was very prompt and sweet. I ended up ordering a second dress for another upcoming wedding for a friend and I had an issue with the fit and Alice again helped me and was very swift and sweet. I just wore the dress to my son‘s wedding a week ago and it was beautiful and I received many compliments.

I ordered my wedding outfit in two sizes, because I tend to be in between conventional UK sizes. Pomuyoo contacted me via email regarding my measurements, which was a brilliant personalised service! After providing my measurements they offered to refund the smaller of the two I had ordered - done very quickly and efficiently.
When my order arrived it was made to measure at no extra cost! A beautiful two piece in a gorgeous colour. The craftsmanship was excellent and the quality of material was amazing. I can't wait to wear it in July!
The customer service, quality of product and price point cannot be faulted at all.

Absolutely stunning dress fully lined, bra in dress corset back extremely well made

I ordered 3 swatches, terracotta, rust and burnt orange. My granddaughter(brother getting married) picked burnt orange for grandmother of the groom dress in November 2025 I picked a beautiful dress with jacket. AliceW from Pomuyoo email me to make sure a the color and size were correct. We communicate by email making sure everything good. From the time I paid for the dress and I told AliceW the color and size were correct, it took 10 days to receive my gorgeous dress. I commend the workers who made the beautiful dress. It surpassed my expectations. It was well worth the money. Now I can rest easy till November.
