This is my second purchase from Pom Pom London. My first handbag arrived in perfect condition with the lovely fresh leather scent I expected.
Unfortunately, my 2nd hand bag arrived with a noticeable musty odor. There was no visible mold, but the smell suggested it had been exposed to damp conditions. After airing it out for four days, the odor improved but never completely disappeared. It now smells slightly of leather and slightly of mildew.
I decided to keep the bag because I like the style and quality otherwise, but I was disappointed that a handbag costing around $200 arrived in this condition. I contacted customer service to make them aware of the issue and give them an opportunity to address it, but I never received a response.
A beautiful bag, but the odor and lack of customer service follow-up were disappointing.

These bags are such high-quality, and I absolutely love having them multiple straps. It allows me to playfully change my look based on my mood, without having to move all of my belongings to a new bag.

Pom pom London were amazing! Through the whole buying process and shipping etc nothing bad to say about them. The only bad thing is the international couriers in Australia. Very slow and no communication.

I have been searching for a handbag style that fits my personal style. With Pom Pom London I have not only found 1 style but I now have 5 of their silhouettes in different colors. The leather is great quality and the bonus straps allow me to mix and match to my wardrobe. Ordering is very easy online and the customer service for me has been wonderful. Bought City Plus bright Line Green bag- it’s beautiful! Love the straps! Great quality and took to Europe with lots of flights along with a back pack and it was perfect!
May try smaller City bag for travel and use City Plus for everyday!

I've waited a year to write this review. You get a new bag and, of course, it looks great when you first get it, the retail parcel adrenaline rush hits and it’s five stars AHOY!

But it’s how a bag wears after day to day use that makes all the difference and my Pom Pom bag still looks magnificent. The hardware is robust, the lining intact and the leather still looks great.

I can’t believe I didn’t know about these bags. They are fantastic , fantastic price , fantastic quality. I bought my first one last year and now have 25 bags beautiful designs and beautiful colours. The company are brilliant and there’s always a freebie with every order weather it be straps or even sometimes a coin purse. FABULOUS.

I probably own around 100 Pom Pom bags now. I love the colours, the quality leather, the different straps. Their Customer Service is excellent if you ever have an issue. I have never returned a bag yet & hope to continue to buy, might need a bigger house!

Love Pom Pom London, I have a vast growing collection of these bags and I’ve had a positive experience with all my purchases. On the odd occasion I have had to contact customer services they have been extremely helpful and sorted out my problem asap. I recommend this company and in my experience the bags are outstanding and of a high quality. They also have introduced a very generous reward incentive, perfect!

Fabulous quality, being able to change straps and accessories allows me to completely customise my bag.

It was a sucessful transaction but because your customer service dept got involved. It took over a month for the package to be received partially. The order was not complete since one of the straps was not in the package. You have a great tasteful product, classy and with superb raw material. However your shipping/traffic and control are areas that need improvement. I am still waiting for the missing strap. My intention is for you to succeed. No need to post it. The purse is beautiful.
