Scammers!!!
Grab you at the train station and insist you need to validate your online purchased ticket then insist you need to have their guide at a cost of €25 - not true!

unscrupulous and preying on tourists!!

Horrible company they sold us tickets on their website at a much higher cost than on site direct with the ticket office at Pompeii.

The office was very hard to get to 300 meters from the entrance and they require you to go there and cash in tickets before you can go in.

What they don’t make clear is that it will take upwards of 45+ min before you are even able to go in while you figure out all the side quests.

My partner and I work in tourism.

We are kind and companionate it’s slow season and they didn’t want to change our tickets for the next day despite all we explained. Add to this it was my birthday.

Keep my 30 euros for one ticket and this one star review as well.

You certainly deserve it!

I purchased a “skip the line ticket + audioguide + map” on this website. At the office, I was given a mobile phone with an application showing the city of Pompeii, including districts and numbered points of interest.

The problem started when, despite having purchased a “skip the line” ticket, I still had to wait in line, because at the office I only received a paper with a QR code, which then had to be exchanged for a card at the entrance. As a result, I had to queue just like everyone else.

After passing through the gate, it turned out that the phone did not show my actual location. The GPS/location service was completely unusable.

Since this ticket and application are not sold by the official operator, the audioguide includes only a fraction of the points of interest that are numbered throughout Pompeii and available in the official audioguide.

Overall, I do not recommend buying tickets here. It is a waste of money, the service is not official and unusable.

Total scam. There ist no “skip the line” Ticket. You only get a f… voucher and have to exchange it to a normal ticket with waiting in the normal line!

Excellent tour guide. Head phones fantastic to hear even when not in sight of guide - which we were for most of the time anyway. Laura was very knowledgeable and entertaining and brought Pompeii to life. Highly recommend. Great value

Don’t waste your time with Pompeji Tickets guided tours - not worth the money!
My husband and I had booked a 2 hour tour in a small group for 72 euros to avoid large tourist crowds.
So we were surprised to see 24 people in our “small group”. Due to the large size, we had to wear annoying headphones to even hear the guide.
Furthermore we started 20 minutes late because the agency kept adding new people to the group. So the 2 hour tour only took 1,5 hour and we stopped 10 minutes earlier. 6 people in the group complained to the guide about the large size of the group, since there were a lot of waiting time and therefore we got to see less, but she just said we had to talk to the agency about it.
When I returned to the agency afterwards to let them know, they didn’t care.
It is all about the money for this agency.
I would NOT recommend their guided tour.
