I placed an order in March hoping to get for Easter for my 4 grandchildren. Never received. I did contact company but never heard back. $98 dollars down the drain. I will be more careful next time in ordering anything advertised on Facebook
I ordered three small bunnies for easter and never received them. I reached out to the store and let them know about this incident. They never responded. I sent a second email. We will see. I will update if they respond. Do NOT order from this site. They appear to be a scam.
If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a month ago and have yet to receive my bunny. Thankfully I only ordered one. I emailed the company twice & also sent a message directly through the website. I also believe I was sent a fake tracking code. Because I couldn't find any information, only that 'this is a invalid tracking number '.
Very disappointed. The ads looked real & the website looked legit as well. I should have done more homework on this company.
Placed my order almost 8 weeks ago. And I’m still waiting. Although I surely got charged $87.95! I would say this is fraudulent. Do not order from this place. I’ve made attempts for them to contact me. And nothing has happened. I’m thinking this is a Better Business Bureau complaint.
Like all the other reviews here, I ordered four bunnies on 3/24 (almost $100). No movement with the tracking provided. I’ve reached out four or five different time and I’ve yet to get a response. Next steps for me will be disputing the charge. I never do this because I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt, but this is ridiculous at this point. How disappointing!
Zero!! Do not purchase. Tiny bunny that did not arrive in time for Easter even though ordered in March…tracking number didn’t work, then they would not reply to their “info at pomlulu “ email address provided. Sent 4 different emails with no reply. Today I received a FedEx customs/duties bill after paying an exorbitant amount for a tiny bunny that didn’t make it in time. And I checked their shipping disclosure and nowhere does it mention anything about a surprise duties later in your email box!! I feel robbed!! Worst part, not as cute as they make it out to be in their ad, daughter won’t even play with it…
Fraud/counterfeit shipping. Tracking reported by USPS as counterfeit. Customer service phone number has voice message to go to website. info@pomlulu does not reply to to messages regarding charges and not recieving products. This was to be an easter goody for my daughter.
Ordered a month ago- tracking link doesn’t work anymore and no answer from customer service after emailing them twice. It’s a scam!
I placed order on 3/14 for 2 bunnylulus for my daughter’s for Easter. I emailed them 3/28 and 4/2 because the order was still in a pending status. I never got a reply so on 4/8 I submitted a dispute with my cc and got a refund.
