Terrible customer service

I ordered a few items from Polspotten and realised a few hours later that i had ordered one item incorrectly. Within 3 hours a tried to change the order sending multiple emails and also contacting Polspotten through their website. i received no reply. The following day i contacted customer support who advised that they did not receive any of my emails and that the order had already been shipped and could not be changes

Item NOT DELIVERED & Refund NOT issued

My order number B2C00065579 has not been delivered to me.

I placed the order on 1 December 2025, the delivery was delayed. Based on the email notification received from PostNL there was an attempt of delivery on 17 December 2025, but on that date I already departed on holidays.

The email from PostNL mentioned that the parcel will be delivered to a pick up location, so I asked a friend to pick it up for me. However, the next day I received an email that instead of going to a pick up location in Brussels, the order is being returned to the seller. I was surprised that the information given by PostNL was very incorrect in the first place. But I could not do anything at that point.

So I just waited that the seller issues a refund. But since 17 December there were no more news about the package and no refund issued.

I placed an order on their website, I have no update about its status since 3 weeks and no response from Pols Potten to my emails.

Absolutely love the brand

Absolutely love the brand, which I discovered in Amsterdam. The products come beautifully wrapped (so are very giftable!) and are super unique. I have now found a seller in the UK that sells this brand - I just wish it was my little secret!

Very disappointed by a poor customer…

Very disappointed by a poor customer service of an expensive design label, when minimal effort would be enough to ensure customer satisfaction. I contacted them to ask if I could purchase a piece of ready-to-assemble candleholder from the current collection (140€) because it was lost during the move. Their reply was that they don't have any pieces of this. How can it be! Should I buy a new candleholder or throw away the one I have?
