I ordered 2 chaise lounge chairs. Realized after a day of not receiving an email or any kind of tracking info it was a scam. The chairs was listed at $49.95 I should have known better bcz these chairs sells for at least $300. Paid through PayPal but some how there is no record of the transaction even though my card was debited. Thank goodness it was only $89.99. Lesson learned for me. If something appears too good to be true more than likely it's a scam!!! Im not going through the hassle to dispute & file a claim etc.... I just canceled my card & took the loss.

I order from them a desk and they sent me a single earphone, when I contacted them about the error they want me to buy it and they will give me 40% off or send it back the wrong item with my own money and they always refused to refund my money. This is the fourth time they've scammed me because they always changed their names. Now I won't buy anything from China anymore, they are thieves.

SCAM hanging chairs for $59.99
My experience is the same as everyone else regarding hanging chair for $59.99. I should have known better, but because it used PayPal I thought I would be protected. My item only came after I complained I had not received it after a month. It then came right away from somewhere in Southern California. The company responded that I needed to send it back. I was given an address in China and was told when trying to mail it back it would cost $150.00. In working with PayPal they told me there was nothing they could do unless I mailed back the item. I told then that would be fine if I could send it back to the address in the US that it came from. They came back stating I had to send it back or I need to work with my credit card that the fund came from through PayPal so I did. My Credit Card Company issued me a credit and said they would investigate and if I did not hear back by mid December my case was closed and the credit would remain. Thank goodness I have a great credit card company, but they do get a lot of business from me.

I ordered this item on 8/21/2020 from Poloscase and now see the company no longer has this website.

First, pay NO attention to the POSITIVE reviews. This company is every level of a SCAM. I ordered the swinging lounge chaise, instead I received a flimsy hammock. My bad, for thinking that I would get this for 59.00 when it is more than 200.00 elsewhere. I contacted the company for a refund. However, they wanted ME to eat the cost of returning it, as if I would trust them with anything further. BE GUIDED BY MY EXPERIENCE ***DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM***

Total scam. You order the chairs and they send you hammocks instead. Looks like everyone on here tells the same story. My husband ordered 2 Chairs for me for my birthday and instead we received 2 green hammocks. They could even be recycling the same hammocks. Don't try to return it, they're making money on both ends.

Poloscase - scam 100%! yes! it is scam! they have send me the wrong item, which is COMPLETELY different from what I was paying for. to get my money back I have to pay for the shipping. The mistake was on their side and it is system for cheating people. I have paid $110 for the product and $43 for the shipping to return the wrong item back! Poloscase - scam 100%!

Chinese seller that advertises hanging lounge chairs and intentionally sends significantly less value hammocks instead. Pretends its a mistake and will refund your money as long as you send the hammocks back. However, returning the hammocks is at your own expense $50 and do you really want to trust that they will honestly accept the return........not likely. I was scammed like everyone else who is posting on this review site.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!
Bought a chaise lounge for $59.99 from what looked like a reputable web site. Received a very cheap hammock. Filed a dispute with Paypal but was told the manufacturer had agreed on a full refund if I returned it in undamaged condition. They gave me a Chinese address to send to.
It was their "mistake" that I received the wrong item and I am responsible for shipping charges to return it?
How does someone write traditional Chinese characters on a package?
By sending it somewhere to China, I now will have to wait another six weeks to MAYBE get my money back if they say they received it.

Why can’t we give negative zero reviews because this is what this stupid scamming company deserves!!!!! They are not a legitimate business in US but are out of China. They will send you the wrong, useless item and make it very difficult for you to dispute or return (per their advertised return policy). SCAM!!!!! Do not do business with them. They are a fraud. Just want to steal your money. They need to be put out of business!!

Biggest scam ever, I ordered hanging chair and two months later I received a cheap kids hammock. They want me to pay more money to send it back and nothing in return I’m sure. How can the PayPal and government let them operate in the us.? It’s oblivious it’s a scam to get people’s money. I only wish I saw this review se too. before I bought they my money away. I contacted my congressman and senator and fbi to report them. We all need to take similar action so others dont lose money they don’t have to waste. Phil

Worst experience ever ordered 4 chase lounges waited for over a month and received 4 cheap hammocks. Still trying to get someone on the phone to get reimbursed. Will never ever buy from these people, they are thieves.

DO NOT Buy from them. I ordered a Hanging Chaise from them and waited over 30 days to get a hammock instead. When I contacted their customer service, they accepted responsibility but then I have to pay to return it. AGAIN DO NOT Buy from them, scammers!
