They will not give a refund at all. There are many complaints here, with the company replying and saying they will resolve the issue. THIS IS A LIE. They offered to help my original complaint here but all that's happened since is automated messages. I expect another automated reply to this complaint, this is an effort to give an impression that they resolve customer problems.

Fraud company?
Never shipped order - might be scam company. Buyer beware.
Real time update - a.singlemshirt ordered on Aug 4th, never shipped -- I inquired about the status and a 3rd party service answered that they're having troubles shipping but they're on it. Turns out they're not on it and 6 weeks later I inquire again. The 3rd party service must consult the store to find out but rest assured they're on it.
So far I'd skip this company and find someone else. Same clothing from the same factories except some actually send it.

Order #253515 - told my refund is on its way 4 times but never had it!
My order was placed back in April 2023 never arrived and after months of battling!! Having to prove to Trust Pilot these people are scammers they are still here. I had an email saying they would refund if I removed my previous review. 4 emails telling me my refund is on its way - BUT no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

Site is a scam just as others have said in here. Never received my package. Customer service assured me they were personally contacted and that it was on its way, still nothing. They refunded my order, but wait! Of course, my money wasn’t refunded and they claim issues on their end. This has been going on for months. Stay away!!
