Scam. Didn‘t receive anything. Refunds impossible.

Three months ago I have ordered on their fake site, amount 75€.More than 10 emails sent to their help support, again fake site Zendesk Startech. Probably an automatic AI site response. After 5 or 6 emails the content of it was almost repeating. "We appreciate your patience. If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know!
"

Have contacted the company many times over the last 9 months since paying them 50 quid for a hat. Still hasn't turned up. Still hasn't been refunded.

Update: package arrived today. However, it was a horrible shopping experience and I just can’t recommend this store. Keeping my one star review.

Original post: Ordered a few items over a month ago. Have not received the package even though they have marked it as delivered on the website. The tracking number shows the shipment in another country altogether. Customer support is non-existent (broken links, email addresses that don't exist, no social media support. Just a web form that ends with "we'll get back to you" but doesn't send email confirmations or reference numbers.

Hi I have order 145987 on 2nd of this still I didn't received my package and got tracking number which is not even showing anything and worst part there is no customer support and no refund policy ...what I need to do ?

I purchased 3 items (size S) and I decided to return them immediately because I did not like the quality and the fitting (too loose). I contacted the customer service via e-mail and received an address for my return (shipment costs on my own expense!). As UPS confirmed the delivery I contacted again the customer service to speed up the refund process (as they suggested!) but, so far, after more than three weeks, I did not get my money back. I kept on contacting them via mail, but they stop answering and even aPOLOGIZE. I guess it's a scam.

This Company is a scam. Do not order from them. They are criminals selling terrible products that are worthless. My order took ages to come and the quality is laughable. Avoid at all costs

I have no idea how these other reviews could possibly be true.
My order #s are #80472 and most recently #94456 ordered which was ordered on 8/21/2020 (Friday) and delivered on 8/25/2020 (Tuesday)!!!!!
I could understand it taking long to ship out of the U.S. but I have waited 9 weeks for shipments from the UK/Spain recently due to Covid.
Quality = great for the cost.
I have no idea what these clowns are expecting for clothing that is not anywhere expensive.
That’s laughable and why I don’t think they are verified purchases.
I recommend the joggers.
(They also don’t come in Numbered sizes which is further proof of a fake review. I’m 6’1 210lbs and where a large)

I saw the shirts on FB which looks very good quality, and as they were not cheap, I expected them to be a good product, and I bought 2. They took 3 weeks to arrive, and when they did the quality of the fabric and construction is very poor, and not what you would expect for the price. Not recommended.
Also, there seems to be lack of clarity on the different versions of the business, and potential of scam with Pollogie and Pologise, plus .store, .shop and .com extension.

Never refunded my returned shirt (despite signed receipt)
Bought a shirt in the wrong size, returned it, bought one in the correct size. Never got a refund for the shirt I sent back, despite a confirmed delivery. No response via email, Facebook, Twitter.

I ordered some elastic trousers in a 34,they looked nice in the pictures, slim fit, they weren't super cheap so I was expecting reasonable quality. They took a little while to arrive and I've honestly never seen clothing this poor quality. The material was poor, not elastic, cheap plastic button on the waist, poor quality stitching. Then the fit I mean honestly I could have done better using a bin bag. Without exaggerating the waist was more like a 38, maybe even 40. The legs were too short. The stitching at the back was uneven so the waist wasn't straight. They were unwearable. Now here's the worst bit, you can make a return but the shipping isn't covered. So I'm down £10 just for having to send back a pair of trousers that didn't meet the description they were given. I contacted their customer services and other than giving me the refund minus shipping have been completely silent. Completely unacceptable, avoid at all costs!

Plush ads on FB etc.Long delays in news of shipping.Then the horror story!
1.Royal Mail wouldn't deliver without a £19 shipping/custom charge
2.The ads and check out clearly stated no shipping costs
3.One T shirt had holes in it
4.The other T shirt wouldn't fit over my head
5.Both shirts were flimsy like paper
6.Neither shirt remotely resembled the ads
7.No response to emails yet
8.Wish I had read the reviews about a scam company first!
