Lewis Routley was an absolute gem 💎 made me feel very at ease considering ive tried many times over the years to start life insurance but been too anxious.
I now feel a big weight off of my shoulders for doing it.

I’ve been meaning to set up life…
I’ve been meaning to set up life insurance for a while, I just hadn’t got around to it. I asked Polly.co.uk for a quote and I had a call today from Lewis Routley, he helped me set up my life insurance after having my 3rd child recently. He was very friendly and lovely to talk to which made the experience a lot easier and he made my day just that little bit better. I got a fairly low price too which was a relief. I would Highly recommend Polly.co.uk if you’re looking for life insurance for your children.

Today I finalised my family protection…
Today I finalised my family protection with life insurance, I currently rent and had assumed I couldn’t get life insurance but now being pregnant I did some research and found I can get life insurance for me and my family. I had work with Kalem Henry from Polly, who was kind, professional and honest with me through every step of the process. He explained his role and how he can advise if I needed him too. He has been professional in every aspect of our calls and helpful with the process. I feel lighter having speaking to him and setting up my plan. Enjoyable Conversion
Spent a bit of time speaking with Mike McCarthy this morning who talked me through my choices and was very helpful when I was getting a bit confused as all this was brand new to me.
He was very easy to talk to and made sure I understood everything that we were going through. Mike himself gets 5 stars.
The only reason I dropped a star is more how the company constantly called during work hours before today from various numbers despite me telling the first person (someone else) that I work during the hours they were trying. I may recommend putting this on file for people in the future as I know others have also had this issue.

Brilliant service and lovely phone call with Mike McCarthy
I had a lovely conversation with Mike McCarthy, he was knowledgeable and friendly, and made the whole experience very easy. He gave me multiple quote options and talked me through what everything meant, the call was quick and concise and I was insured within 30 minutes. I’m so glad I have this now!
I was not 100% on how life insurance works but wanted to make sure I had something in place for my 2 young children if anything were to happen to me, Ben Walsh was absolutely fantastic and guided me through everything with care and was really kind about everything and I am a very happy customer with my life insurance now in place to protect my children in the case of the worst!
