This company seems ok for an insurance company, not what can be said for their claim handles the totally incompetent MPL, who are rude, liars who do nothing and then change the rules as they please!!!!
4 weeks and nowhere near a solution!!!! Will be getting lawyers and ombudsman involved as they just think they can treat high paying customers poorly

This is the second time I have been helped by Megan at Policy Powerhouse and I strongly recommend her services. This time around she responded to all my requests and uncertainties in the process of finding good landlord (residential) insurance. I am not the easiest of customers as I ask a lot of questions and can feel a bit anxious about the terms and conditions of insurance, but she kept patiently supporting me to understand and found me ideal insurance at a competitive price. I would definitely recommend her and Policy Powerhouse.

Very good -- efficient and helpful. But of course when sellingt insurance cover most firms work hard at it. The real test of an insurance company comes when there are queriues or problems, and in handling claims!

Efficient and competitive, but most importantly knowledgeable of the niche that our business exists in and can therefore quote accurately.

Despite no claims, my insurance renewal with a rival broker (i4me) for two holiday lets and a domestic property on the same site was nearly 20% higher than the previous year. i4me did reduce the price but that was based upon a significant increase in voluntary policy excess, so I decided to look elsewhere.

I'd seen adverts on Facebook for policy powerhouse and decided to give them a call. I spoke to Megan at Policy Powerhouse and I was refreshingly pleased at the limited questions that were asked for a quote, as opposed to the normal and lengthy 20-30 minutes of multiple questions.

A quote was subsequently provided and basically matched my quote from the previous year with better cover so I decided to go ahead.

I wish more insurers were acceptable of risk at sites with multiple properties as I believe living on site reduces the level of insured risk compared to remote owners. However, the number of insurers willing to quote in such situations is strangely limited.

I hope I dont have to claim, but if the claim process is as smooth as the quote process I will be a very happy customer.
