Update: After my one-star-review here I was contacted by the actual customer service and my issue was resolved. I still maintain that it should not be necessary to go to such lengths and that their AI automated answer system should be reevaluated.
Original review:
This place has zero customer service. If you have a defect or a complaint or simply a question, the only “help” you get is some AI generated answer that isn’t helpful at all - and even when the robot tells you they’ll forward your issue to the team you get no answer. I have even filed a complaint on their website and no response. I cannot recommend this company at all.

The delivery was really fast and the communication was quick and clear. I have used the bath for 2 weeks now and so far the quality has held up and everything seems to work fine - my one thing would be I don’t know how much the thermal lid does as it doesn’t sit flush, but perhaps this doesn’t effect it much overall. I’d recommend the company overall.

I’m very happy with my polax
I’m very happy with my polax, it’s perfect size, it keeps the water at the right temperature and it just works! And it’s really cold!🥶🥶🥶😊
Only minor issue is that the lid looses air fairly quick and therefore sometimes can’t stay on top.

I'm pleased with my Polax-tub
I'm pleased with my Polax-tub. Product was delivered fast, it seems to be good quality and it was very easy to start using. Now I can enjoy my daily cold exposure easily in the privacy of my own back yard :)

Did order from Norway, never got my bath. Twice my order was sendt right back to the store before it was try to send it over to Norway. Dont understand why they say that they ship to Norway if this can happen twice. And i lost 600nok because of the valuta was not the same When i order and When i got my money back from them.

Fast delivery. I was somewhat surprised at how little the bath filled when I picked up the package and therefore did not have high expectations. But I was pleasantly surprised. The bath meets our expectations 100%. My husband uses it with great pleasure 2 times a day. He is really happy about it. 👍😊
