Total scam, looks to good to be true because it is!

This is a SCAM business, don’t be fooled into buying from it, SCAM

Absolutely appalling behaviour. I Trust In God, and he will have the final say. You will meet your maker some day. I hope Gid finds you before I do. Amen. {Warning. I would never ever attempt to purchase anything from this scan again} hope you need my money for health care.

Scam, never received the order

Like many other reviewers I wish to my eternal regret that I had checked this lot out on Trust Pilot before placing an order. This would have set alarm bells ringing and I would not have gone anywhere near them. Two months now since they stole my money. Nothing more than a criminal enterprise with the security of being based abroad and untouchable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Never had the goods , took the money though.

I wish I could give 0 stars and I wish I seen these reviews before I made a purchase it’s been over a month n I still haven’t gotten a tracking number or even my package these people are scammers and are rude when you try to issue any refund. Open a dispute with the card you used to purchase the item from DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy ANYTHING from this company you won’t get what you ordered and you won’t get a dollar back !!!!!! Please beware !!!!!

This website is scam I’ve ordered and the order never arrived and they’re so rude in replying I never got the order nor the money back.

Polasue is a SCAM AND SHOULD BE BANNED FROM TRADING
My daughter bought 2 dresses from them and quite rightly like others have experienced THESY BUGGERS ARE AN OUT RIGHT SCAM
The dress shown on their website is no way like what was shipped, the dresses on their website look grand but what you actually get is disgraceful (RAGS TO SSY THE LEAST)
Trying to ship it back for a refund is not an option as it would cost you just as much as you paid for the order.
KEEP AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS “DO NOT TRADE WITH THEM” REPORT THEM FOR FRAUD”

They are scammers! What I ordered and what I received are two different thing! I paid more then $65+ for a dress; what I received look like a cheap rag!!

I emailed them; showed pictures and videos of what I received! They said to send it back for full refund! Guess what; it’ll cost me $52.26 for international shipping . I told them that; all they keep doing is sending me back the same message! WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!’ BUY IT ELSEWHERE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD - 2 months and my items are not here.. they kept sending me tracking number which says my item has been delivered which hasnt. 1 item got delivered which wasnt what i ordered.. i ordered a seqquins dress with strap.. i got a see-through dress with NO straps and still no 2nd dress. Stay away- they are scammers ! they have asked me to return the 1 item back at my cost but they havent even addressed a refund to me. I keep replying advisin it has not been received and they just keep sending me tracking number. . Stay away !they are a FRAUD!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. They are definitely a scam. I placed an order and within 2 hours of placing the order I decided to cancel it. It is now over a week later and I've been back and forth with their customer service. They refused to cancel my order and it still hasn't shipped yet. So they're holding my items, all hostage and my fund's hostage. Will never order from this company again. Beware

FRAUD!Stay away they are scammers !it's cat fish web site advertised on ig. I payed and ordered through polasue.com web site, after a month I' ve received in Italy a package with inside 2 items ,very poor quality that I haven't ordered, something else. So I kept emailing them in the only email they have: bettersupportingconsumeercom , I sent pics of the wrong item asking either to be refunded or to receive the right dresses I bought, The answer was to ship them back the wrong item at my own expense o China, which is around 90 euros from Italy , basically they purposely did that so they can scam people sending the wrong item without fixing the problem. Stay away ! hopefully soon enough this web site will be banned ad pursue for FRAUD

Do not use this website they are complete liars. I have tried to contact them and they will not respond
