Absolutely excellent customer service, second to none. Very happy with my transaction with Polar Technologies, Diane dealt with my query quickly and sorted my order with no quibble.

We bought a new to us Carthago C Tourer motorhome. Part of the deal was a Polartechnologies side and front window insulated cover. Without knowing about Polartechnologies, we were impressed with the quality and construction. The problem was that a component of the cover that allows connection to the driver window was missing. We emailed Polartechnologies and Caroline responded with a few questions which we answered. About a week later the component arrived. That was impressive enough, however despite offering several times, the company would not provide payment details. This is a good example of a business doing something kind. But the result is that I will never look elsewhere for this kind of product. I will also take every opportunity I can to ensure all and sundry will know what a kind caring Company Polartechnologies are, and that their products are simply superb.

We ordered our screen from polar technologies and are delighted with it. It is very easy to fit and remove and we have no condensation. Diane and the team made it very quickly so we would have it in time for our trip. I would not hesitate to recommend the company and their products

I contacted Polar and Caroline promptly replied and mentioned she would send out.a template for us to do ourselves, when it arrived we decided we would in fact opt to go to the factory instead, again Caroline arranged a convenient time for us to visit, we arrived at the factory and met her and her staff, they were all so accommodating, professional and efficient in their work rolls and we were so so pleased with the end result not to mention the quick turnaround!

Really helpful staff. Ensured item wasn't despatched while I was away at my request and even tried to see if they could be made really quickly before I was away but time was ridiculously short on my side.

Just been away with the windscreen thermal covers and they are really good. Barely a drop of condensation not just on cab windows but much reduced everywhere else as well.

I can’t recommend this company enough, professional and very patient!! We done our own template and it needed a couple of adjustments ( my fault ) But they never once complained they did everything they could the cover is fantastic it now fits perfectly looks great and does everything we wanted from a screen cover , so to Caroline and her team a great big thanks and I will be recommending you to anyone who needs a cover great price great product

Great thermal windscreen cover
It is well made and lighter than a screen I had from another company a few years ago, so easy to set up and very efficient.
Caroline answered a query and also posted extra velcro straps promptly. I felt I needed extra straps in the storms we had lately but in normal conditions they wouldn't be needed.
A pleasure to do business with this company.

Very pleased with the extended thermal screen cover for my motorhome. It is very easy to put on and fits like a glove. The material is substantial but lightweight, and it is supplied in a useful storage bag. All in all, quick delivery, great communication, and very good customer service. Recommended.
