Not had a chance yet to use the pike version, but looking forward to doing so! Overall very impressed that can fish without worrying having to plumb and worrying about varying bottom depths.

I’ve used their floats for many years and they are a great product. However their customer service and customer communication is absolutely shocking, very disappointing as the product is a quality product.

Customer service -NONE
Complete silence till I sent more to the point email but again they have gone silent I have a faulty float and customer service is one big zero with this company I sent two emails to their email address and both were bounced back by my email company there is no telephone no. So my next step is good old snail mail with confirmed delivery I will get my faulty float changed I don’t give up I only want a reply or confirmation of what they propose to do about faulty goods definitely won’t be getting more business from me

I’ve used Polaris floats for my pike fishing for years. It’s one of the best floats I’ve ever used and I will go on using them. For bit indecation they are unbelievable I rely on them moor then I do my bit alarms
