Just took away my borrowing
Just took away my borrowing. Very poor doesn’t live up to what they originally offer. Walk on by peeps.

We note that you requested a credit limit increase last year and we explained that our decision process involves a review of your income and expenditure to ensure that the borrowing remains affordable. We also confirmed that the review may lead to a reduction in the amount of credit available to you depending on the assessment. Unfortunately we were unable to extend further credit to you due to the amount of recent gambling transactions on your bank statement.
We are sorry we were unable to increase your credit limit however as a responsible lender, it is very important to us that our services remain affordable for our customers.

Couldn’t get accepted before
Couldn’t get accepted before, but finally have been. Although I didn’t get accepted for the limit i wanted and was in my bank within 5 minutes.
